  1. More granularity on the reports. Some techs need access to Software Inventory reports for example, but not the Technician comparison reports. Need to be able to decide on that

  3. Change Port Availability field on the auditor reports - right now it looks as if all your major ports (21, 25, 80, etc.) are OPEN because of the green check mark, but in actuality the green check mark means that they are CLOSED. I would appreciate if the port availability section was just a little more explicit and said OPEN or CLOSED. This seems to have changed from November 2022!

  6. The report itself is great, however if I am to show this to a client, and they ask what all the alerts raised were, how am I to know? How am I to know which devices to prioritise installing more memory for? The CPU & Memory Data section is just messy when more than say 5 devices are selected.

    If an MSP is to use this to make money, the product needs to be able to identify where this money can be made. A great & simple report idea would be to be able to select a date range, devices…

  13. Allow the option for both classic & advanced reports to be automatically password protected when scheduled. The idea being that a technician can schedule reports to be sent to customers on a regular basis and report can only be accessed by password. This would allow for reports to be protected without needing to be manually edited by the technician every time using a third-party app.

  16. Need to know what date/time an alert is created and when it resolves. Currently the easiest way to see this is with an email. I would like to have this date/time of the alert time and alert auto resolve time to be able to view from the advanced reports.

  18. In the Products and Expense Report there is currently no DATE column.
    It would be quite helpful to add that column. As it stands now, you must drill into each ticket and pull the information

  19. Advanced Reports:The interface from the atera link for advanced reports - goes straight in to a “Main view” dashboard, Ideally it should link to the menu that you get up when you click the folder icon, so that you can select what you want to open a dashboard/existing report/create a report
