Remote Desktop Users report
In a AD domain environment, users are granted remote control access rights to allow RDP when teleworking. It'd nice to have a complete enumeration report per device. The report whould also take into account broken entries for deleted AD users.

Ability to decide when the IT automation Profile report is sent
Ability to decide when the automated reports gets sent from the IT automation profile. When it runs only an hour later, it always shows as most of them have failed. But 24 hours later, it will show better results.

Ability to remove "Windows 11" from the patching reports so it doesn't show as the machines as not updated

Built-in report that displays the KBs that were installed during the execution of an IT automation profile.
It would be nice to be able to get a report of all the KB:s that have been installed on a specific computer/server the last week for instance.

Security Report per Customer
It would be great to have a security report under "Classic Reports" which shows per customer all open vulnerabilities per agent, open ports per agent, found etc.

Advanced Reports, Add "Agent Software Inventory"
Advanced Reports allows you to configure almost anything within the "Agent" device details. The Classic Reports presents Software Inventory, Advanced Reports should have the ability to do the same thing. The software that is currently available in custom reports, is only specific to options when using the "Software Bundles" within Atera.

View which customers have contract
I would like a report to see what customers have a contract assigned to them. We have categories too, this would help us narrow down to business or education customers.

Custom report title
Option to label/title scheduled reports, so the generated email reflects which report <X> completed for customer <Y>.
That way the same report can be scheduled for multiple customers and can be easily differentiated.1 vote -

The Auditor Report doesn't include a what firewall is enabled or being used.

Agent reports SentinelOne out of date or disabled
When running a report, S1 reports as "Agents <Computername> Anti-virus is inactive or not up to date." in red text. This isn't accurate. These reports go out to customers automatically. Can you please fix this to report properly?

Select a single agent for software report
It's great that you can export the software inventory report for the entire site, but it would be helpful if you can generate a software inventory report for an individual agent in a site. The only option for generating the report is to select a site, would it be possible to add a selection field to pick 1 agent from the site to generate the report on? This would be immensely helpful to reduce the amount of information being generated in the report if we have multiple agents in a site.

reporting capabilities other than the metrics
Id like to see some sort of reporting capabilities other than the metrics monitoring a piece of hardware's up time in a week, month etc. Basically, the employees that work from home I need to know at least the up time of their unit in a working day in a report format per device

Reports page that has all devices and users on the same page
Similar to the workstation distribution page but also with the users added to the end of it so that we can see all users and what devices they are using in 1 page/list

TimeSheet Reports Scheduling

Ticketing Reports Filter by Origin
Reports for tickets of technician: Being able to filter by origin of ticket so I can filter out tickets coming from Alerts that most technicians usually just go through and close quickly if there is nothing to be done.

Create reports based on a specific contract of a client.
In the reports section, it would be really good to be able to create a report for a specific contract of a client. At the moment we are only able to create reports for all the contracts a customer has. It would be a good idea to be able to separate the report based on the contracts.

Collect script outputs into CSV or some other kind of report
Lets say, that i run a PS script on 60 devices and would like to collect the output of the script for each device. Then i navigate to Recent Processes view and under the script related process click on each device one by one to copy the output. This could be improved.
