  1. It seems like such a simple thing but we need to be able to run a customer list report. We would also need to include or filter by any added custom fields to the record.

  2. We need to be able to edit contact information for customers. I have tried to add phone numbers and extensions, only to have the program not take it, and I had to reach out to a tech to see why. They explained that we aren't able to add anything but numbers when editing the phone number portion, but even if I add an extension number after the main part of a phone number, it won't "take". Why can't there be a field added for phone extension? Also, just trying to edit any field in general is hard to do because…

  3. AI Automated Ticket Replies: to create an automated reply to a customer based on their request. To ask basic questions. Email template in the ticket automation rules is good but it would be nice that AI would create a response and send it to the customer

  5. The ability to have a status such as "Block ticket" which will prevent the ticket being re-opened. This would be very useful for people who like to include the help desk in random email threads that are not support requests. I felt like this could have been easily achievable through ticket automation, however it doesn't appear to work and Atera support have advised this is not possible.

  6. Assign a baseline policy for what software and settings should be applied and auto correct/reinstall if a change is detected. Similar to SCCM baseline configuration.

  7. I would like the ability to create a step by step automation to control the order of which tasks/scripts get installed and insert reboot/shutdown tasks as needed. The automation would complete when all tasks have been completed in order. Having the ability to stop or continue on a task failure would be helpful as well. This would be similar to the automation of a Task Sequence in SCCM.

It would be nice if Atera had traditional message boards for community access that are Atera monitored and community assisted, it would provide much better support for people who want to bounce and idea or question off users in similar environments. Facebook is ??okay?? but I've been watching for over a week and haven't seen a single new posting. A community support mechanism should have regular interactions between the support personnel and product users. If Atera doesn't want to support their own forums, Spiceworks.com already has an Atera vendor page and millions of technology enthusiasts who love helping other people.…

  11. The ability to change the color on a status. For example, open ticket (Green), pending ticket (Orange), On hold or Onsite Request ticket ( Red). The current status are all orange.

    Just easier on the eyes when closing 40-50 tickets a day.

It would be nice to be able to update contact information in real time, so when you type in the information and click on the checkmark it updates and gives you a confirmation that the editing took hold. I have tried editing contact information for customer contacts and I have to go back in several times to get it to "take".

  14. Add options to control access to scripts, possibly by choosing which script categories can be accessed against roles in Atera. This would allow technicians to be given access to scripts relevant to their job role but not higher-level scripts which they should not be able to access or run.

  16. I created a Custom Field on our Support Portal. It is a dropdown of all our Sites. Is there a way to sort the list alphabetically? We have about 30 sites and it's hard to use the dropdown box if the names are not sorted alphabetically.

  17. it should be possible to simply duplicate agentless devices by klicking, then a popup should open to enter a different device name (a must!) and "bam" finished. then the new device should be opend to change the IP and other information...

    at the moment setting up 20 and more generic devices if a customer does get some more gen devices is a pain. some are fastly saved and mostly are a pain to wait...

  20. When we first started with Atera we had to enter our Atera user passwords to run the installer from the user space. I'd like to bring this feature back or at least the ability to set at password at installer creation. If this feature already exists I am unaware. I do not like the idea that if someone were to get our installer they could easily add invalid devices to our console.
