Windows settings and control panel
We need to be able to change Windows Settings and Control Panel features from Atera. We have many end-users who must have specific settings on their devices. Atera should have this on RMM services. I do not have enough time to write a script for each item every time an end-user requests it.

When I press back or go to a previous page - Remember where I was! It's frustrating to constantly have to scroll back down to where I was!

Client Account Notices and Alerts
We propose adding a feature that allows administrators to place a "notice" or alert on a client's account. When a support technician selects this account to create a new ticket, the notice should automatically pop up to notify them of any important information.
Use Cases:
1) Past Due Accounts: If an account is past due and has a service suspension, the system should alert the technician to avoid providing service until the account is resolved.
2) Service Outages: Notifying technicians about ongoing service outages affecting the client to manage expectations and inform the client accordingly.

Running software reports is basically useless. Please include in the report output and excel download -> the DEVICES Name, user etc
Running software reports is basically useless. Please include in the report output and excel download -> the DEVICES Name,User, IP address and maybe more things (maybe a customizable checklist of things to include) to make the report an actionable document. As it is there are too many missing pieces, that must be found elsewhere, and takes a lot of time to make an actionable report.

Add Contact Information of the User/Contact assigned to the device
In the Get Alerts API, some sort of Contact information should be shown so there is a way to notify the final users about the alert. If at least the Contact/User ID is shown then we can retrieve the contact information needed from the Get Contact by ID API.
I've reported this to the chat support and they told me so far there is no possible connection to match the data. It would be great to add this as this will help to make more use of the alerts, otherwise its some manual work to go and look for the…

Authorising a user install from within the Atera console
When a user wants to install software/programs to their device, I need to login to their device as Administrator and enter the Admin credentials to allow the installation of software/programs.
ConnectWise had a feature that popped up on the Admin console to alert me that a user requires Administrative authorisation to install software/program, I could then allow this by clicking a button in popup window alert or deny the install.
Could this be a new feature for Administrators instead of having to remote into the end users device every time they need to install something?

Alert panel on device dashboard
The Alerts panel on the device dashboard currently is pretty useless. It would be nice to see some context beyond "2 potential CVE(s) detected" or "1 unmonitored device(s) have been detected. Atera's issue is that you have to jump to so many different dashboards just to get basic information. It would also be nice to see a remediation path on the device itself for the detected CVEs

Atera 'new' ticketing UI is a cluttered mess
That new ticketing UI is atrocious, vulgar and nasty.
Not only is it a visually unappealing eye sore that leads to actual eye strain, it is full of bugs and far harder to work with then the current 'classic' UI.1 vote -
Simplify the addition of a device
When adding a new device it is necessary to select the "customer" and then the "Monitoring Agent", but monitoring agent list displays all customer, even if a client was previously selected.

Ability to Mark as resolution after saving the note
When entering an internal note, we currently have the option to 'Mark as Resolution.' It would be beneficial to also have the ability to mark notes as resolutions after saving them.
Often, we require the end user to confirm the success of a fix or patch to the ticket. It would be helpful to save notes detailing the fix or patch and then designate the note as resolution once confirmed by the user

but when i create custim ticket stati tickets will not be shown there.for example a status "waiting for replacement parts" with the behavior "pending" has to be activated every time i open the ticket tab.
that are pretty much clicks to see the open tickts of a customer.
It would be much better, if every status with the BEHAVIOUR of open and pending would be selected as default

Network, disks and processes graphical information
Right now when you go to one of your servers or clients you will see a graph with the average CPU and Memory usage.
It would be great to have additional graphs for disk and network related statistics.
The things I'm thinking of immediately is a graph to show me the history of diskspace. It would be great to see that 14 days ago i had 100GB in use and today i have 120GB in use. Other things could be maybe IO and reads/writes

Add filter for disabled devices
Add a check box for devices that currently have monitoring disabled, there is one for monitored but I want to see a list of devices without monitoring enabled without individually going through them.
