  1. I have atera for my msp use. I just onboarded a client that already has atera for internal IT.

    What im looking for is a global login or guest login that i could leverage my existing license to work with the client .

    some way i could share my existing scripts/monitors/ automations and avoid having to pay for a seat on their tenant.

  2. Can the Atera Automation be configured to follow the set schedule time and if the device is offline to not execute the automation until the next schedule time ?
    The problem: Atera Automation will proceed as soon as the device is back online and I want to avoid that. I want the Atera automation to wait until the next scheduled time. User may be in a webinar or web meeting and not a good time for the PC to re-start or shutdown, etc.

  3. When schedule time in google or outlook, it would be helpful if I can cusotmize the title. for example, I want that the name of the customer will be added automaticly after the [Atera #TicketNumber]. It would be great if the details of the ticket or the customer address also will be transfered to the calendar event.

    1. In the shared library mark whether a script has already been cloned to My Scripts to avoid different users repeatedly cloning the same scripts.
    2. Some sort of notification if there is a new version of a script that was previously cloned.
    3. An indicator that a cloned script has been edited in My Scripts so that if there is an updated version, a user does not overwrite the customization.

  5. We have a printer vendor that asks us to provide page counts for all printers on a monthly basis. It would be useful to be able to schedule a report with the current value for that OID on all selected SNMP monitored printers. I'm sure these reports would also provide valuable daily/weekly/monthly snapshots for other OID values as well.

  6. When preventing Atera agent uninstall, support informed me that running powershell command to uninstall Atera agent is the only option. Pushing the uninstallation from the console should be enabled

  8. Expand what the CVE's risks are without having to open a new page and being able to fix these risks especially if they are software related that require an update or open ports that need to be closed not just report the issue.

  9. like to build out a report/ dashboard that shows devices per organization or a full overview on hardware utilization. this would be looking at a set percentage over the course of 24 hours, weeks months just like the devices page for metrics. what the percentages would be in an example is CPU to 50%, RAM to 60%, Network 80%. etc. and can see a list of any of those devices that go above to show in the report/ dashboard and not as an alert but as a way to identify possible upgrades or attention that will be in need. i…

  11. When building out our knowledge base (KB) on Atera for the AI assistant to pull from I have noticed that it will sometimes pull an answer from the internet that I do not want instead of checking for a KB article on the topic first.
    It would be very helpful to better customize the AI assistant's answers if there were an option to force the AI assistant to review the KB every time before answering.

  12. So I would like to have ability to define a device type beyond a server or workstation for availability monitoring. We use jumpboxes (devices we deploy to clients networks) with advanced tools and such on them and i would like the ability to define that and have a Single pane of glass as it were into the availability of said jumpboxes. I would be able at a glance to see how many of my jumpboxes are online across my clients. Only having servers and workstations does not give me the ability to monitor anything else easily.   13. I'm proposing a new feature for the event monitoring functionality that would allow for more granular filtering based on event details.

    Current Situation:

    We currently monitor events based on Event IDs, such as Event ID 5136. However, there are situations where specific descriptions within those events are not relevant to our needs.
    Proposed Feature:

    The proposed feature would enable us to filter events based on keywords or phrases within the event description. This would allow us to:

    1- Reduce Noise: Exclude irrelevant events like those containing "AC Power" in the description for Event ID 5136.

  14. For IT techs that don't sit in front of a computer watching the Atera dashboard waiting for a ticket to be submitted, it would be nice to have an optional audio alert that can be toggled on to alert the technician(s) that a ticket has been submitted.

  16. Post-patch reboot policy options for approving a specific time/day window for reboots after a patch has been installed. Some customers have a strict policy for patching and rebooting their endpoints. I am currently using a different RMM and considering a switch to Atera, but this one function is quite important for 2 of my customers and I don't currently see a way to tell your agent that post-patch reboots are only allowed to happen between 10AM and 4PM on Sat or Sundays...

    Any way to get the type of granularity added?

  17. When you filter your devices into folders like we do (servers. workstations, production) You lose some important view that can only be viewed by the "all" tab I would like to see all the stats under the filtered folder view like patches, health and frankly all others.

  19. When using search or filters I should be able to use device information like serial, model, make, battery health, etc

    The more filters and search attributes possible the better.

    What would I use them for? For example if I want to deploy an app, script, or path to a model of device.

    Maybe I want to make groups of devices that are the same model for driver patch deployment.

    A user calls and all they can give me is the asset tag or serial. Should be able to look up the device.
