  4. A username and password for a PA with no access to reports, devices or alerts.
    All that should be available is the tickets section - create tickets on behalf of customers when the PA picks up the phone, ability to re-assign tickets from one engineer to another.

  5. When creating an Advanced Filter for a device view, selecting the Installed Software filter, the Software Version field only allows for major.minor versions. This should be expanded to support longer version numbers such as x.x.x.x

  8. Our company needs to monitor the available space for shared volume clusters so our virtual machines don't shut down all at once. The problem is that Atera can only monitor available space on drive letters and nowhere else.

    Right now we're using a powershell script to regularly check in on the cluster volume, which is far from ideal.

  9. For specific kinds of maintenance we need to be able to suspend alerts on a wide range of devices for up to 48 hours. Right now, it is a very tedious process to suspend alerts and it's only possible to suspend them for up to 5 hours.

    Please offer more options for suspending alerts, as this feature is vital for maintenance work.

  10. Hi support,
    I think it could be nice to have the possibility to mark what kind of a part threshold can send email and what no.
    For example: hdd usage over 90% sends critical email alert, but cpu temp over 70 for a couple of time not.

  11. Currently as it stands it looks like you can only setup a client to access one computer using WFH. Please change this so that when the customer signs into the WFH page they can choose which computer they would like to remote connect too. Customers are happy to pay for the additional remote access to multiple devices.

  12. Adding CPU Benchmark value to the Auditor Report. For example values from www.cpubenchmark.net. Those values would help us to determine which PC's are reaching their end of life.

  16. Ability to approve scripts before they get executed. Hackers are exploiting RMM to install ransomware, having an approve button before a script runs could prevent mass ransomware deployment if our RMM ever gets compromised.

  17. When a technician resolves a ticket and there is not added a time entry, it would be nice if Atera then prompts the technician with a popup asking "You're about to resolve a ticket, but there no time entry added?" and then two buttons saying "Yes, continue" or "Add time entry"

  19. It would be interesting to change the required fields in the Custom Files>Product family section.
    It doesn't make much sense to force you to add Child values to a category.
    What would be mandatory is to create the category value and then it would be optional to add child values. Not every time you create a value you want it to have subcategories.

  20. Have a Master contract (I.e. MSA) with multiple billing types (I.e. Per Agent, Per Server, Per Network Device, Bulk Hours and T&M) under it. Start & Finish dates set per the MSA.

    Right now, I have 5 contracts for a client to manage the MSA agreement I have signed with them.
