  2. Currently, every morning I have to export to xls, run a Macro to sort, group and calculate how much time each tech spent the previous day. Would love for this to be automated.

  8. Ability to use the API to look up customers by Phone Number instead of selecting a page and then locating the customer. Also ability to create customer with just a phone number and not an email if one is not available.

  11. I would love to be enable to sync SNMP and TCP device to IT GLUE. With current integration you can only sync server and computers because you need an MAC-adress for a device to be sync to IT GLUE. I would love to be enable to set own mac-adress or a random generated mac-address.

  14. Currently when creating a new contract you can only initially select from "Contract Rates" in the dropdown. If you want to contract for a "Product" you have to save the contract first, then edit and select the product as they are not initially displayed in the rate dropdown when creating the contract. This is probably good so as to not have to dig though all products and rates each time. I suggest, similar to the "Additional Rate" option to add a "Product / Service" dropdown so items can be selected on contract creation and save some clicks.

  15. Add a report to find duplicate machines based on serial number or Mac address and offer to delete or merge them (Useful when someone has rebuilt a machine with a different name and has forgotten to remove the old one from Atera)

  17. Atera currently shows time stamps for alerts like "3 hours ago" If I am trying to look through an event log on a device to find the cause of that alert I need to know the actual time that atera logged the issue, not some vague time 3 hours ago.

  18. a disgruntled employee could go through Atera and delete critical passwords. the wrong password could be updated. An old system could come back to us with an out of data admin password that has been updated in atera and the old one forgotten.

    the ability to run a password history report on a client to see old or deleted passwords that were stored in atera, so it would make the actions of a disgruntled employee useless instead of critically damaging.

  20. Device query is a powerful tool, for example, we can query across all client’s desktop operating systems on win 10 1903 with office 2016, it's very good for finding specific configs, but we can export the result, it's far more powerful than the audit tool.
