  1. Would be nice if you could select the devices that you want alerts from instead of all the devices, like if you have servers and desktops mixed and you only want alerts from the servers to select only them to send out alerts for going offline etc.

  6. In some cases, it would be nice to have the possibility to monitor the Performance and Temperatur of the GPU.
    In spacial when users are CAD users and there is a high performance GPU inside.

  8. Fix all alerts by allowing to create a filter to filter out stuff that is SPAMMING. Everyone should be monitoring software install and uninstall but your implementation is so SPAMMY is unusable.. such a waste of time when a few lines of code could fix it.. you know it's a problem, fix it.

  9. Show ticket time entries also on the customer portal. Now the client can go to the customer portal and only see the tickets, but can't see what time is used to solve a problem or requist.

  13. Improve email alerting. The ability to have more granular alerting on a per customer basis. The ability to email difference email addresses for a customer or even further and for a individual alert.

  14. The current Agent API only allows you to retrieve info on a device. I can envision utilizing API in our Client-facing dashboard to allow end-users to 'self help' by allowing access to run certain scripts (Restart Print spooler, etc)

  15. The schedule to run automation needs to be decoupled from the automation profile. Instead, the schedule should be assigned to the device running the automation.

    Make it so that if a device was offline at the scheduled time, there be an option to run the automation immediately on startup or after a specified delay.

  16. set up waterfall inheritance model for IT Automation profile:
    Customer -> Folders -> Agents
    so the deepest can override settings of the above.

    Example:
    Profile 1 with OS updates applied to customer "A" has "deny manual updates" Profile 2 with OS updates applied to folders "Servers" of Customer "A" has "enable manual updates"

    this feature should allow profile 2 to overrule Profile 1 (at the moment they conflict) and there is no way to exclude folders from the policy

  18. Would like to see the option to be able to filter devices for (in my case) being "online" so we can remove all offline units from view. As well the list is so limiting with only 10 per page, it does not even go the length of the side information bar and likely (if it MUST remain static) could be set to 20 per page, ideally selectable 10.25.50.100 or ALL

  20. It could be very usefull the possibility to send notification not only to the contact of the ticket, but also to the main contact of the customer.

    For example, to send a notification also to Main Customer Contact when a ticket is closed.

    And anyway, the possibility to have "Main Contact" as option, in the destitation dropdown.
