  2. Ability to select multiple computers and click on WAKE instead of having to do so per device.

    Currently when we click on Wake, we get a prompt asking for hich device to send the packet. Even if the devices are not on the same LAN, the 1st (default?) device that would come up in that window per device would be OK to send the packet.

  3. We would like to receive notifications about server and system down through phone or SMS. Email notifications can be blocked by a spam filter or easily overlooked.

  4. Have the reply from an end user attach to the ticket and not just send to the technician's e-mail address. So that the the entire ticket thread is communicated from within the ticket.

  7. There needs to be an easier way to see which devices require a reboot. I can't check the tooltips next to hundreds of devices only. The tooltips are too cumbersome!

  8. Time sheet report : give the possibility to display only date without hours.
    When I encode time on a ticket, sometimes I encode only a duration, not a begin and end hour. So when I print the report the hour shown in begin and end date is not relevant. Thanks for your attention.

  10. It would be great if the user's could snooze the reboot after patches. Currently it just tells them it is going to reboot and does it. They have no time to save their work.

      1. If you see Add-Ons menu from Devices page, there are the Bitdefender and Webroot too, which is correct. But... unable to install Bitdefender from ATERA Agents webpage, only Webroot (missing Add-Ons menu...) Secondly, from Customers page there is a dedicated Webroot shield icon but Bitdefender is under three-dots, Add-Ons, Bitdefender, Antivirus, Install path, which is frustrated. (you should move Webroot to Add-ons)
    1. From Devices page - Software inventory: there is a search software bar, but if you see from Agents page - Software inventory, search software bar missing.

    2. Reboot required information missing from Agents page

    3. Unable to filter agent's Battery…

    • When we deploy Webroot - doesn't seem that Atera is saving the Webroot key that it has for the customer. one click and it would grab the correct key for that customer.

It would be very interesting and very useful if the atera mobile application allows interaction with tickets so that field technicians who come to resolve incidents on site can record their times, used products and services, economically valued, and collect the customer's signature. . basically it would be interesting to be able to use it as a ticket application to close work orders on site.

  18. I can assign a threshold to all devices at once which is ok and all, but I would like to set a threshold profile to all customer profiles at once so that if a new PC is added to any client I don't have to push the application of the profile to devices to all again.

    My use case is that I am currently setting up new thresholds as if I were new to Atera to better match what we are currently doing. Then I will setup profiles for certain servers and such and apply them manually. Well I'd like…
