  1. Would be great to add be able to add more notes on a Agent.
    Being able to add more rows would be very helpful.
    Ex.
    Backupserver - BACKUPSRV01
    Hypervisor - 10.0.0.12
    Would make it easy to locate which backupserver the host backs up to or which hypervisor the host is located on.

  2. I'm using a trial now and the deal breacker is that I can't remote on users session on a terminal server. All customers run terminal servers and when they request support I have to be able to remote directly on their session including when they are not in front of the screen. I'm lookig to switch from another RMM platform that offer this feature and because you don't have it I will wait a littl longer. Hope to see it soon. There is lot's of customers using Remote desktop services and we need to be able to help them individually…

  3. Would like to have the option to flag a device to send out a notification to an email address when it comes back online in Atera. For example: need to access a PC that's been offline for a few days, an email is sent to an email address of our choosing when the device is back online so that we are not required to actively monitor the device and waste time waiting for it. Put the option on the Agent page under the Manage drop-down menu. Have a pop-up menu display that allows us to type in the email address…

  4. Only fire an alert if a site is down X number of polling attempts. Right now, there's a lot of noise in the signal with sites being "down" for only one poll attempt, so alerts are being ignored.

  6. It would be nice if the disabled Remote Access tools would be hidden for all technicians. We only use Splashtop and Teamviewer, but the list always shows all the available tools, even if disabled.

  11. Being able to add/update/remove Assets with the API would be of great benefit. It would be awesome to be able to migrate our non-agent inventory to Atera without having to manually enter one asset at a time.

    Great news! Your idea has been approved and is planned for implementation, however this will require a longer duration than Q3 '25.

  12. It would be really helpful to us to have the model of the equipment shown on the screen when you select Network Discovery. We would use this to help determine age of equipment and much quicker and list much more machines per page. Currently to get the model information we have to open the device.

    Maybe even the ability to customize the view on this screen would be even more helpful.

Having the ability to pull notes & descriptions from contracts on customers accounts automatically when generating a batch invoice for all of our clients, currently, the invoice only shows the charge with no description of what they are being charged for, we have bespoke plans that have different terms and products included in the customers plans, and e need t be able to show this as we provide a license breakdown for products when clients want to know what license they are providing to users.

  14. The option when running scripts to multiple devices to have the results exported to one result summary instead of clicking each device to see results.

    Usage example: Checking bitlocker encryption method... Run script on selected devices and have all output combined into one report. (We have changed from 128 bit to 256 encryption and we have been trying to check which devices are still using the old method)

    This would allow us to open the single report and easily scroll through all results instead of going through the recent processes and checking each one manually.

  16. Please simplify logon process for the mobile app (iOS).

    It should work like in other apps where you just open the app and do Face-ID, no fiddling with entering email-address and clicking through a lot of pages. This is a real inconvenience when you want to quickly react to a push notification/alarm!

  17. It would be nice if the API had the ability to switch a contact from one site to another. Specifically for off boarding a user by switching them to a 'Terminated' site since, from what I can tell, if a user is removed it removes ticket data associated with that removed user. This would eliminate a manual process of us.

  20. if I add a fix script to an existing threshold item that has already triggered an alert - it doesn't bother to check back and run the script either annoyingly. For example I create a threshold to check whether the windows time service is running and it generates an alert and I then go back and add a script to that threshold item to start the windows time service – it never runs the script! Surely it should next time it checks to see if the windows time service is running go on and run the fix script!
