  1. Is it possible to show the installed Agent Version. Its a minor thing but could help with troubleshooting. Would also be nice to add to classic reports.

  2. At the top of the Customers page, add an "Export Customer List" and/or "Export Filtered Customer List" button that generates a CSV file with all of the Customer's general details (Name, Contact Email, etc.) This will help customers reconcile their Customer List in Atera with their active Customers to ensure accuracy.

  3. Add link to an invoice: For example, we'd like to attach a link to the invoice that will direct them to a third party where they can enter credit card or bank details to make the payment

  4. Would like to send Bitdefender actions (Scan, Timeout) in Atera to Endpoints.
    Just like how Webroot can send these actions.
    Now at the shield icon of a Endpoint in Atera we only see Webroot actions while we are using Bitdefender.

  7. Ability to exclude some agents/type of device from profiles (threshold/IT). Right now I have an IT automation profile that I want to assign to all my devices besides for my server. I need to remove those profile one by one on those agents. It takes too long.

  9. Provide password management to our clients which can increase the value we offer — deploy and administer a modern password manager across all your clients.

    Allow central management of SSO, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and password-based authentication across client organizations from a single admin console.

    The biggest piece would be to allow Multi-tenant management that makes it simple to administer the password manager for multiple organizations.

The ability to filter devices by major item like, online, offline, if it's missing a set filter like antivirus not installed, pending an action (reboot, install, update) perhaps other items like cpu type or installed memory - and ideally a way to export results in that same window to CSV file.

  12. The old UI layout is the most efficient and most productive IMHO even compared to other ticketing systems. I don't have any issues with adding new capabilities and features but there should also be an option to have the old UI with the new features. Thanks!

  14. Please add the ability to sort by multiple likes in SQL,

    ie in sql you can

    "SELECT id,
    firstname,
    last
    name,
    salary
    FROM employee
    ORDER BY salary DESC, last_name;"

    This would be very helpful for tickets

  17. I would like Atera software to check on the version of Splashtop and determine if it is compatible with the version of Atera that I have. Every time I try to reinstall Splashtop because of the message I get from Atera, the software I have is newer than that provided by the Atera link.

  18. When I create a scheduled Ticket, it would be super handy if that was auto added to the linked calendar. This would allow me to quickly see any up coming jobs.
    Else I am not sure why I would schedule a ticket.

  20. Need to have a report that can display the expiring contracts and optionally display the expired contracts. Also Notifications for expiring contracts need to be able to be triggered manually. A great feature would also be the option to notify a specific contact from the customer for the upcoming expirations.

    Email for both internal and external users should be customizable with with fields from the contract.
