  3. Business case

    A customer who requires more than one MSP to provide services for their IT function. However, most vendors for PSA and RMM are great to provide a single tenancy per MSP with multiple technicians and multiple customers, but assuming the MSP is the single outsourcing party per IT customer. This is the common scenario with small IT customers.
    The bigger customers may have more than one MSP.
    The struggles are:
    1. Different vendors’ PSA and RMM add complexity and require integration between MSPs
    2. Single point of contact from a customer perspective requires one MSP to take all…

  5. Just a small thing. When creating a ticket, can we see a entire cascaded list of the Parent and sub parent values in one go in Product Type.

    For example.

    M365
    EndPoint Manager
    Exchange Online
    SharePoint
    BACKUP SERVICES
    Veeam 365
    Veeam Cloud Connect

    Rather than having separate drop-downs for selection.

  6. I want to make a field on a ticket that enables a customer ability to select all that applies to new hire requests. Example. Set Up: Office, Remote, 1 Monitor, 2 Monitors, Company cellphone, Entry Key, Keyboard/Mouse, etc. Instead of having 7 questions on the form, there's only 1 question and select all that apply would be great.

  8. When doing maintenance of whatever on multiple machines, it would be very handy to pause the alerts on all those machines in one time. Now you can only do it per machine.
    There is already a multiple select for machines when you're looking at the machines of a customer, so adding a button to pause alerts shouldn't be that difficult I hope.

  12. I would like to request that automation task feedback email have more information about the patches it installs eg. name of actual patch installed and what vm's/pc it got applied to e.g. computer name. Currently it will just say how many agents in the task and if it was successful or not. Another feature that would be great would be to be able to schedule an existing ticket and not just a new ticket.

  13. Desired functionality in Mobile app(s) to allow Wake-On-Lan.
    We have multiple computers on battery backup, which could be used as waking agents.
    We're also enabling resume power on AC recovery.
    In a recent power outage, I had to go into the office to turn machines on.
    I could VNC and Remote Desktop to agent(s) powered on with my phone, but this is undesirable.

  15. For switches, it would be helpful to have a list of the interfaces which also includes the interface information such as port status, ip address, name, mac address, etc.

    Also, if the ability to power cycle those ports or perform any switch management or a CLI interface would be immensely helpful.

    And in the table, allow the system to see other devices that you already have the Atera Agent on, and have that table link items found on a switch so you can click on known devices and go to that page.

  18. In the customer portal, I would like to give the capability of my customer to see other 'customers' in Atera. The way I set it up is that I separated my one customer into multiple customers, based on location. For example, the owner of a hotel, they want to see the tickets opened by every single location. I had to then set it up as one customer with folders on location. It would be nice to just decide which customer ticket they have access to.

  20. We would like to have a possibility to create(define in snmp templates) some kind of dynamic subtree tables when monitoring a snmp device.

    An example would be a list of disks in a raidset.
    row1: title:disk model, Base OID to return the subtree with all the disk models
    row2: title:smart state, Base OID to return the subtree with smart state of all disks
    row3: title:health state, Base OID to return the subtree with health state of all disks
