Remove devices individually that no longer use Atera 2FA
Currently it is only possible to have one device per OS registered for Atera 2FA. If I replace my phone with a new one I have to go to Atera admin settings and reset 2FA which resets it for all devices including my Windows device which I don't need to have 2FA reset on. Please make it possible to remove devices individually from Atera 2FA settings.

Auto-email and interactive guide in customer portal
Adding the option to send an email to a customer when they open a ticket with a list of instructions on how the Customer Portal works. Also adding an interactive guide in the portal so the customer knows that they can respond to a ticket from the portal itself, rather than their email. This would be useful especially if the customer is requesting an email password reset and is unable to access their email, they would still have a way to see and respond to technicians if calling is not possible.

Search KB by keywords or by categories.
Search KB by keywords or by categories. We are continuously adding to the KB. Being able to search individual categories and not a broad search would be useful and by keyword also would be good

Custom Assets Search doesn't work on Asset S/N Tag
The search bar within Assets only works to search based on the fields visible on the Assets page, such as Name Values, Asset Type, Folder, User at the moment.
It should also work with other custom fields too (For example Serial number, Warranty End date etc....How nice would be if Atera will fix the search Feature and will expand the search filter to all others fields too under Assets section.
I also contacted Atera support team and they confirmed about this issue and suggested me to vote here.

Work From Home - Branding on landing page

Ability to enable or disable the generation of screenprint when creating new ticket using ctrl+f12
Customers do not like to use the ctrl+f12 functionality, since it take approx. 10+ seconds from pressing the key combination and until the Portal dialog shows.
It would be nice to be able to able to control the feature by registry and/or by the enduser them self.1 vote -

Mobile needs a Dashboard page
Please include a dashboard tab in the mobile app. I have no way to monitor everything from a tablet on my desk. I would like to be able to see everything and not choose ALerts or Tickets. TY!

link to a ticket on mobile opens the app rather than web page
When you receive an email and it contains a link to a ticket, tapping the link should check if the app is installed and if it is, open it to display the ticket.

Use advanced report result as device view selection
I want to work further with the result from my advanced report filter and move over to the devices section with the result used as device filter. Thus we can e.g. run scripts on the result from the advanced report.

OID's are generally provided by the hardware manufacturers, or can be found in so-called OID repositories, where collections of MIB trees and the corresponding OIDs can be accessed.

Would love a number at the top of each customer's device page that displayed the number of clients/agents
This would provide a number at a glance rather than having to manually count them.

customer portal customise menu
The ability to add to the menu for self service items that a user could try before raising a ticket. Such as a clickable menu item to run a script to:
Reset IP Address - resets IP address
Reset Print Spooler - resets print spooler service
Check Disk - run SFC
System Info - displays system information so they could add this to the ticket
Slow PC - clicking on this option could run a script to run checks/resolution to speed up the device.1 vote -

Dashlane seems to have risen in popularity since the big LastPass hack. Any chance of a third-party password management tool like Dashlane being integrated with Atera?

show cellphone number on contact card in desktop/browser
Please show both the landline and mobile number on contact cards. What is really an issue is sometimes we only have a mobile listed, and not a landline. The contact card at a glance is misleading, since it shows NA next to the landline. At the least, if only one number is present, that should be the one shown in the contact card. Again, probably easier and better to show both
