    I noticed that Atera integrates seamlessly with Xero, which we currently use. Can Atera's Dev team work on exploring whether integrating Zomentum could further streamline our billing processes, particularly for subscription services like M365 licenses for our customers.

    Given the potential benefits, we would appreciate your insights on this integration and its feasibility. Your prompt response would be greatly valued.

  2. This is an improvement idea next to custom fields.
    Custom fields only allow to set a field with a current value but does not keep history data.
    This is useful if you want to have a single value which does not change but it won't help if you want to monitor your system in detail.

    It would be nice to have a custom field which stores historic data and displays this as a graph like the CPU/ memory consumption.
    This would allow to run detailed monitoring on server and workstation.

    The custom statistics counter should only allow numeric values, but…

  3. Quite simply, add the ability to forward a ticket to someone outside of the ticketing system so they can add a comment to the ticket or just simply see what the ticket information is.

    Having to screenshot or copy paste a ticket contents into an email client and send to an external party is a little backwards. Being able to connect directly to a 365 mailbox with OAuth would be nice also.

  4. Please allow us to remove AI from the column listing. I don't have the feature, don't want the feature and sick of seeing it on every expletive deleted application I use. I need to do work, not hide AI functionality all damn day.

  7. Filter out event alerts based on matching event contents using regex or string pattern search.

    I.E. User A is an automated user.

    It logs on every 10 mins to computer A.

    I want to exclude User A Logins from the sign in or sign out event 4624 or 4625

    but I want to log every other user logon


    Another example.

    Filter out computer logon to domain by filtering out "\S+(.\$)"

  8. It would be great if Atera offered multiple outgoing email domains with DKIM verification. To properly implement DMARC quarantine/reject, we would need to set up 2 outgoing email domains with DKIM verification.

  9. We would love to have a feature that allows transfer on ownership between MSPs.

    We sometimes take over customers from other companies and it would be very beneficial if we could simply "take over" the account instead of being forced to remove all installations and reinstall our own agent.
    Technically, it can be done like Granular persmissions in O365. One side starts the request, and the other approves it.

  10. Integrate copilot in all aspects of the mobile app so that it has the same functionalities as the web browser.

    Ticket summaries, knowledge base articles, troubleshooting, etc. possibly default a ai copilot ticket summary to save space on mobile screens instead of showing needing to scroll through the entire conversation to see what’s going on.

  13. I see that AI Insight offers way to create new knowledge base articles, but what about updating articles? This would be especially useful when a process has changed or if new steps are required as technology changes. It would be great for Copilot to suggest an additional step based on a technicians actions, or even maybe simplify them if the technician took more steps then they needed.

  15. Allow access from one tenant to another tenant from IT department to MSP colloboration and manage agent from MSP license. For Example, i am a MSP but my client has a IT department and subscribed with atera. But due to the license issue, they are not willing to purchased or share us a license. We as a MSP will have difficulties to managed their devices if we do not have cross tenant sharing features but with such integration, this only allow IT department license to share to MSP license only as a fair play policy. Hopefully atera will look into…

  16. Have Task Manager be more of a representation of what you would see on the Desktop computer. It would be nice to have the different tabs, easier searching for the task we need to end, and graphs of hardware usage.

  17. I am a one man shop that hast to deal with computer being unpluged and moved from time to time. It would be nice to be able to have a list of all the computers in a dept listed in the asset manager and be able to link that infomation to at QR code so I can print lables on all the compuers and monitors.

  19. It would be nice to have different default form templates for tickets created in the user portal vs. created in Atera by a technician without the tech having to remember to change the template. This would give the ability to add more technical fields automatically when the ticket is created by a tech. It would also allow more customization of ticket automation rules based on whether the ticket was created by a user or by a technician.

  20. The new design sucks. It takes at least one additional click to see information that was visible right away. I like the customization, but I lose time because 80%+ of the stuff I need now takes longer. Please give the option to keep using the old design.
