Ticket Search - Search within tickets to find previously solved issues
It Would be great to have a option to search within tickets.
Problems and applied solutions are described within tickets.
It would be great to have a way to search in this treasury box to find solutions.Search should be a free search on words as: Internet - Printer - Outlook - firewall - RDS etc etc. The Search should ideally search within ticket title, conversation and timesheets.
I know the feature exists in Autotask and it was a feature we used a lot! We like Atera better but we really miss this option.

Another doubt I have, there is suddenly a way that when I take out the Software Inventory reports, when I export it as Excel, all the devices appear with their program, is that to see which devices have that software it must be done program by program and it is something a little delaying when it comes to seeing a complete report.

bulk automation/installation
General suggestion -- anytime you create an operation, create that operation with multiple endpoints in mind.
When you want to activate an agent, you have to click each individual agent, HUNDREDS OF THEM, ONE AT A TIME and select activate agent. Same if you want to activate chat. Same if you want to install BitDefender. This software is supposed to make managing multiple endpoints simpler, right? It's ridiculous to have to even mention this for a RMM Tool, to be honest.

Script library should include "File type" column
The Shared Script Library should include additional columns such as "File type" to show the operator each individual script's file-type .. e.g. PS1 / BAT / SH
Additionally this should be sortable, or preferably filterable to only show those you may be interested in.

Add metrics to Auditor report
Please can we include agent metrics on the Auditor report? The information is already stored on the agent:
- Average memory usage for last 24 hours
- Average memory usage for last week
- Average memory usage for last month
- Average CPU usage for last 24 hours
- Average CPU usage for last week
- Average CPU usage for last month
Having these would identify which machines could do with being upgraded/replaced and present a financial opportunity. These numbers are already stored against the agent, so shouldn't be too hard to export.
