  1. When scheduling a device to restart, the notification to user is way too short and in some cases it goes away immediately.

    I would like to:
    A) set a timer so user can save their work etc
    B) Have an option of custom canned messages or allow for a custom message to be added.

    That way if we need an user to stop using a machine while we work on it they can save their work and be notified.

  2. time entries are essential informations for the customers to get to know about the progress of a ticket.

  4. Currently when assigning a patch management automation profile - you can't select required folders across all customers, it has to be done manually per customer which can become quite tedious.

    Would be good to filter by folder name i.e. all 'workstations' or all 'servers' across all customers.

  6. I have created a view of the Devices page, and I want to make changes to the view itself so there is no Page header, no Search Box, and very tight vertical spacing so I can see 50 devices' statuses on one screen without scrolling up and down.

  7. Give a tech the ability to manually retire a device instead of waiting on a pre-configured time to pass. Right now the only way to flag a device as retired is to ignore it until the allotted amount of time has passed for the system to change the status.

  8. Right now, we have the ability to flag a response as a resolution, and we have the ability to retroactively REMOVE a resolution flag, but we do not have the ability to retroactively ADD a resolution flag.

    The problem is that we might not flag a response as a resolution if we're not sure that it will actually solve the issue. But if it does, then we have no way of marking it as the resolution retroactively.

    It would be very nice to be able to flag a past ticket response as the resolution. It would be nice to even…

  10. File storage to upload "loose" files which can be downloaded to the endpoints and run together with scripts.

    Example: I need to push out a script to all devices which reads data from a config file.

    How do I get the config file to all computers and THEN have the script consume it?

    If there was a file repository, we could upload the config file, and then setup an automation which will include the file(s) and the script required and push the whole thing as a "configuration".

  11. Way to get a new field created for a custom ticket form to populate with User attributes that have been imported (sync) from Azure. Want to create an onboarding form, and would like to have a pull down with staff names from Azure. Would also help with other forms.

  13. it's very easy to integrate office 365 OAuth2 integration for logins... please do so

    give us the ability to just click the microsoft or google icon at the bottom of the login page... if we are logged into an account that has the same email as a user on the system... waallllaaaaa we log in

  16. When I check my Update Versions in the Software Inventory, I miss the Funtion to activate the Update for this Software in this List.

    also nice Features:
    - Report for all Devices wich not installed actual Version
    - Marker for Offline Devices during creation the report
    - Export Function for all version results

    1. Custom Domain Name Input: Allow users to manually enter or modify the short domain name used for remote authentication during network scans.
