  4. Could an option on the device management page be made available which shows a devices uptime. For instance, it shows when the device was online, how long for, and when it went offline?

  6. Currently the colours are Pink / purple and Blue of a similar hue. I am colourblind and cannot easy see which is Ram and CPU at a glance, I need to use context clues to decide which is which line. It would be nice to have to option to change to anything, but more contrasty colours like orange and blue would be appreciated. Also GPUs core usage would be nice here too.

  7. we often do have devices where no AV software is needed or because of a used software an AV software would be a big problem. sothen this produces an red alert in audit report. therefore a switch should be present at the device like "Availability Monitoring" but with "No AV needed" so this will not produce an missleading red alert for the customer...

  8. Audit Report graph beam for hard disk always uses red which is an alarm color. instead the report should use same color design like in the device view. means empty disk green, next level orange and nearly full red...
    always red is a nogo.

  9. It would be nice if we could have a custom editable field, named i.e. "Machine description" in each device in order to identify them quickly. This field can be placed in the the Devices window next or below of the Device Name. furthermore, it would be useful to give us the ability to sort the devices by the "Machine description"

  11. It would be helpful for scheduling patches if we could specify a + number of days as part of the schedule. For example, the second Tuesday of every month +5 days. This would let us build patch deployment times around patch Tuesday with consistency.

  13. Rather than manually adding the devices to a client / customer allow automation to detect either the external IP or internal domain name and then map accordingly.

    Some of my clients rebuild their machines regularly and it would be handy to have these automap rather than having to ensure they are associated with the correct customer constantly.

  14. The ability to select IP's within a network discovery site (POE Cameras in this example), and create an alert that the IP has not communicated within a selectable amount of time, even if its a 24 hour window. Just something along those lines.

  16. The API does not report custom fields we create. At all. It also doesn't report Private Notes, only public replies/emails. If the fields exist on the ticket, we should be able to see that field in the API get request.

  17. It would be good to have a section that states what printer is installed on the machine inside the Agent page. This would make it easier when buidling new machines and we can know what printers to install.

  18. My idea is to fix a bug that allows the bulk closure of tickets without filling in compulsory fields. Example, we do not allow the closure of tickets unless the product family and product fields are populated, your bulk update allows that to be by-passed and tickets can be closed without those fields populated.

  20. Monitoring metrics like latency, data jitter, and round-trip time (RTT) are very common in other monitoring solutions. It would be great if Atera added these metrics to TCP, HTTP, and Generic devices for much needed insight.

    Additional metrics that would be extremely useful for monitoring WANs are bandwidth capacity and bandwidth consumption.
