  1. In the customer portal it would be nice to have an option, to automatically upload monthly reports,such as Systems at glance, Agent Health and so on.

    An option to let the service team customize which reports are needed . All reports for that month will need to go in that months folder. I know you can email these reports but customer have complained about two many emails.

  2. Enable Availability Monitoring on newly installed agents since workstations need to be manually enabled. This would make it easier to have agents be monitored when adding new ones so they are not forgotten

  3. Allow to exec operation with multiple OID, for example synology nas only return OID of total space and used space, if is possible to calculate ( free space / total space ) to monitor the % of free space

  4. Search feature:
    just try to find tickets, it searches ticket title. All of our tickets are raised by email mostly and different subject matter in the email. When you do search, the way of timeline of things, is not all that helpful.
    o Search by keywords
    o Search by users
    o Search by date or at least see the actual date.

  5. In many cases the computers belong to the company and they have a right to monitor their hardware and intellectual property so it would be helpful to either temporarily disable the notification of an admin coming on or remove it completely.

Have the Ability to have a Dropdown that is Dynamic for example if I wanted to add a custom dropdown on a user where I can set their manager I can create a custom dropdown where it lists all the users in my account for me to select. This can even be extend to Dropdown with dependences where I can limit/group the users by site.

  13. Title: Add Domain Account or specified accounts to Atera and to Shell/Scripts

    Currently Atera uses system and current user for scripts and shell. Adding Domain credentials to Atera would eliminate storing passwords in clear text under scripts and make management easier for accessing domain resources - network drives etc...

    With a system account - there is no access to domain network resources like drives. Yes there are work arounds using net use and possibly adding a domain account under Services.msc - Atera - Logon - domain account. What if the domain account breaks?....I mean yeah, there is a possibility to…

  14. Ability to track mileage within the ticket system. This would allow tracking a technicians mileage and charge the customer with ease. All techs use a ticket to support so this would be awesome. Other systems have this feature.

  15. Include the purchase date for Products and Expenses, which is already required and collected, in the CSV and other export options. The current behavior seems to be to groups all Products and Expenses at the end of an invoice without showing the collected purchase date, making it impossible to associate correctly with one or more tickets on the same invoice above. Including the purchase date would clarify the invoice and avoid manual work to type the same date already collected by the system into other fields to provide a reference.

  16. We would like a widget in the dashboard for disk capacity alerts. as this is one of the biggest reasons why we took Atera. Unfortunately we cant monitor this properly now.

  17. Would be great if Atera could actively pull source code from GitHub. Right now I save all my current automation scripts into GitHub and have to manually open the script and copy the contents to update the scripts in Atera.

    Would really streamline the whole process if Atera would can connect to our GitHub repo's to and it update the scripts in Atera doing a fresh pull or maybe doing a nightly pull based on a schedule job you can configure.

  18. You charge money per "Work From Home" customer activation, but when I asked you told me to find out what customers have it I would need to look at EVERY customer to see who has it. When I started that process I had almost 200 customers. After hours of looking I finally had the short list of 18 that had this feature. This is something that should be as easy to see as who has online backup. Please add this ability to save your customers hours of searching each individual customer. If you charge for this it should be easy…

  19. I would like the ability to create a step by step automation to control the order of which tasks/scripts get installed and insert reboot/shutdown tasks as needed. The automation would complete when all tasks have been completed in order. Having the ability to stop or continue on a task failure would be helpful as well. This would be similar to the automation of a Task Sequence in SCCM.

  20. For products and services add a few more fields to product settings:
    a) Qty on hand
    b) Serial numbers
    This way if a tech creates a ticket and adds outgoing hardware like a laptop they can choose the model from the product list and choose which serial they are pulling from inventory. If there isn't enough qty they wont be able to add the product. Admin can replenish the qty on hand as they order product.
