Assign Ticket based on devices and not agents
Tickets for monitored endpoints - there's not a linux agent yet, but I can monitor them. However, I cannot assign them to a ticket as I can only assign actual "agents". For example, I'm monitoring a linux server, if I click the "create ticket" button the agent field is blank... because it doesn't have an agent. It would be great if I could assign devices to tickets based on the device as opposed to the agent for this reason.

Make devices easier to search
Current filter function is virtually unusable to look for a specific device. I'd recommend a simple search bar to would compare the results for not only machine name but for current logged in user and possibly others.

run scripts via API
Could it be possible to run a script against an API.
We use a 3rd party helpdesk it will be good to use the helpdesk to call the API to run a sctipt. The 3rd party desk already grabs the machine details you see so we would like to run a script against it

Modify/edit the time intervals for alerts
Possibility to modify/edit the time intervals for alerts. If a Citrix server takes more time to boot it will make an alert. If we can change the time intervals of the servers by group of per machine we can cover this issue.

Let us choose which endpoints are excempt from Remote Access (AnyDesk) deployment
By default AnyDesk get pushed to all endpoints (including servers which have the Atera Agent installed). While this is nice for user Machines - it's less then ideal for servers... Give us the option to exclude machines from AnyDesk Deployment. Or better yet: let us choose on which machines (machine type) we want to install anydesk

Patch Exclusion - Remove the patch from showing in the patch needed view
Please can you look at adding the functionality to remove any patch showing in the agent patch available status if the admin has removed or excluded said patches from availability. This will make the view cleaner as currently the agent machine reflects in the needing patches when actually they are up to date.

Allow agent<>user machine relationship to be updated via API
The API is a great way to update many items quickly.
To be able to update the agent's relationship with a user via code would be a real bonus.
Currently facing the prospect of updating this manually fills me with dread.

Delete Agents Which Haven't Dialled Home After a Set Amount of Time
Delete Agents / Machines which haven't reported back to Atera for a specific amount of time.
For example, if a machine doesn't dial into Atera for 5 months, it will be deleted from Atera automatically.
It would be ideal to have it a system wide setting, client setting, or folder setting.

Technician Privileges
Not all technicians should have the same privileges per customer, folder, or machine.
We need the ability to limit level 1 or outsourced technicians from running scripts, accessing a remote command prompt or PowerShell.
Currently, all technicians have SYSTEM account access to all endpoints.
This is a major security concern!
Currently, any technician can reset or create admin credentials.
This includes Active Directory domain controllers.
Entering the following commands from a remote command prompt will grant all technicians domain admin rights.
net user administrator /active:yes
net user administrator $NewPassword$35 votes -
Remote Access Loopback to Remote Desktop with Autologin with stored Creds
Other RMM/PSA's have the ability to 'remote desktop' in to the machine via a loopback from its remote control app, AND logs in with stored admin credentials. This let's technicians login as admin without needing to know the admin creds.
The same Atera competitor even cycles the admin password automaticly after x time, Making credential security even higher

Adjust the timeout period when machines go offline.
When machines go offline I would like to be able to reduce the time it takes to show the machine as offline in the dashboard. Right now it is 3-5 minutes. I would like to be able to manually specify this timeout period.

Online device
Online device: Activity in metrics before the device is online – there is still an unnecessary delay of up to 3 minutes before atera marks a machine as “online” even though you can see from the metrics screen that it knew it was alive 3 minutes prior to that and capturing data – so why can it not mark the machine as online straight away – this leaves the caller wating on the phone line for a further 3 minutes before after the machine has been turned on/rebooted/joined to the wifi/ before we can remote control their machine using splashtop.…

set 32 vs 64 bit behavior on software bundles.
We would benefit from the ability to install 32 bit versions of software onto machines running a 64 bit OS. Currently this can be done machine by machine via script, but this is tedious.
