  1. When a user is given work from home access IT needs to send them this incredibly long URL in order to access their PC. The real idea of work from home is that a user can access their computer from anywhere. If they are on a shared computer it is easy to remember https://app.atera.com/WFH. Users should be allowed to log into this shorter URL and then should be presented with the computer or computers that they can access. OR if they only have one computer it should take them directly from the login page to their computer.

  4. I think it would be a good idea to be able to hide these tabs for certain roles
    EG we have a client that has an onsite technician and he has access to our ticketing system I do not want him to be able to see those tabs
    Our L1 techs should also not be able to see those tabs since we do not use them

  6. If, for some reason you could not charge the credit card for some time the blue bar appears and states the one should update it´s card information.

    If you resolve the issue with your card then you do not know when the next attempt, if any, to try to charge your card again will happen.

    Suggestion: Add a "Charge me now" - button to retry the current card as you only can do that by resubmitting all your card info once again.

  7. Ability to put a ticket on hold, if e.g. you are waiting for spareparts.

    When being put on hold, it should be removed from the ticket queue, and put into a Hold queue that resides on the dashboard.

    When you get the spareparts, you should be able to change it to an open ticket and it fails back into the ticket queue.

  10. Cannot perform multiple actions on search results: Scenario: You want to search for all the machines beginning XYZ- and edit the relations to put them in a new folder – but there is no multi select option or actions toolbar/menu

    Instead, you have to scroll through the entire list of devices to find each machine that you want to select.
    Please add a check box to the results, a select all check box and add the multi select actions menu

  16. In many cases, the auto tag feature is very helpful. However there may be a specific software or item that results in a lot of tickets from users that don't fall under a auto tag. It would be great to create a custom tag, but also have the custom tag act as an auto tag.

    For Example: WireGuard is an application my organization uses for VPN services. We can create a custom tag named "VPN" and create a rule where the AI will scan for keywords such as "VPN" or "WireGuard" in order to auto tag it.

  18. The ability to create contracts on specific customers. During a on-boarding automation process, it would be great to be able to create contracts on a customer. Also the ability to set the default contract.

  19. Add automation rule to close a ticket. If you configure automation rules to open a ticket you should also be able to automate closing a ticket. An example being, if you have an availability monitor set up and the alert opens a new ticket but that alert gets resolved a few minutes later you should be able to automate closing the ticket as well.

  20. When managing multiple environments, it is vital to be able to keep track of devices that would warrant upgrades, or replacement. Reporting geared towards listing all assets/devices (subject to filtering) with all their key components (i.e. CPU model, # of cores, Memory size and type, Disk size and type, etc.) would be really helpful in determining what equipment needs attention.
