  1. When you're done with ND, everything associated with it should be removed (ex: NMAP packages.). Should be an auto-delete so nothing stays on the customer's end.

  4. Need to have a report that can display the expiring contracts and optionally display the expired contracts. Also Notifications for expiring contracts need to be able to be triggered manually. A great feature would also be the option to notify a specific contact from the customer for the upcoming expirations.

    Email for both internal and external users should be customizable with with fields from the contract.

    1. Need to be able to expand the window and/or columns when viewing the Registry Editor. Text is cut off and can't see things without doing a LOT of extra clicks and guessing to find out if I'm on the right entry or not.

    2. Since the HKEYCURRENTUSER is not shown, have an easy way to tell the user which profile is the correct one under HKEY_USERS. This can possilbly be matched by automatically parsing the ProfileImagePath under each user at this location:

    HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

  7. At the moment we can only filter feedback by ticket creation date. I want the ability to filter by date feedback was left.

    Also, the customer has the ability to leave a comment when filling in the feedback form. However, this information is only viewable from within the ticket. It would be more beneficial if comments were added into the report or at minimum, added as a column once the data is exported.

  11. Be able to choose the hourly rate for work done on a ticket. Some tickets might require a different technician that has a different hourly rate, or if a Standard technician does Enterprise work the technician should charge as enterprise technician rather then a standard rate.

  12. The new feature that shows that devices have a "reboot required" is good, but has some issues as implemented. Actually, it shows that a reboot is required reading a lot of registry entries, which are not critical. Only a few registry entries show when a reboot is really necessary. On the actual "Devices" view, we keep restarting our computers and they never get out of the "reboot required" status. When I check, some very old and unnecessary entries are still shown in the registry that cause this behavior.

  13. For IT Automation Profiles, it would be nice under the 'assign to', to be able to choose not to assign an IT automation profile to devices that have software version X. Kind of being able to filter out (just like in the Advanced Filters in the Device tab) out installed software on a device.

  19. In the patch management window, patches should be able to be selected and then have the option to 'hide' or 'ignore'. Optional outdated patches are showing up and there's no way to get rid of them. Seems like a pretty simple task and it would make the reports, etc. more accurate.
