Add next/previous button on ticket view
Hello,
Could it be possible to add a "next"/"previous" button on the ticket view to navigate through your current viewed tickets ?
Best regards,

There's an idea on this, but I am posting this as I feel the other ones are not really explained thoroughly.
I think there should be the option of -- if you're seeing your ticket 'view', to have the option to go to the next ticket.
on my organization, we open tickets to track certain stuff for records, just like any other else, but there has been the occasion where I have over 10+ tickets that I want to 'close' but I also want to Open the ticket, to see the last update I made, add an extra comment such as; the printer for X user was fixed doing this and that, etc. And then I proceed to close it.
If I had a 'next' button I shouldn't have the need of openin 10x tabs (picture attached) just to go there, update, then close.
While I could just Close the ticket, and move to the next one... without going back to the main Atera ticket GUI, or without opening 10 different tabs... Just next ticket on line, with my name on it (because i'm using MY VIEW to view MY TICKETS and not my coworkers tickets... then close them, update them, etc.

Oops hit enter too early! Maybe add the ability to edit a comment within 10 minutes of posting for goofs like me.

Yes! And make sure when you do this it can be used with filters. This is a weekly issue we have when reviewing tickets as a team.
Between Atera "helping" by auto refreshing the view if you click on or update a ticket, and the inability to navigate tickets from inside a ticket, this issue
