  3. We have to install software remotely on new devices, we cannot install these without elevated or admin access on Mac's. Can you add this to the software installation section? We have the option to create software bundles but when we run the bundle, it wont install applications that require admin/elevated permissions.

  4. We face issues with the current patch management options. We try to schedule our patches at night to avoid impacting users, but this doesn't work for many laptops that are powered off in people's bags. The new automation queuing feature helps with this quite a bit, but takes too long to apply updates in many cases. Users will begin working and then an hour later the machine will suddenly reboot on them. We would like the option to force the machines to reboot at night, but to allow users to defer a reboot if it arrives during business hours.

  5. Some clients require unique data that is not necessarily need by other clients. Creating ticket forms that are customer specific and viewed only to that customer is helpful to customize the workflow to their needs.

  6. It would be great if we could, when running a script like Powershell, input specific parameters that are requested within the script. Or, if the script calls a User Input like a Read-Host, Atera could pick that up and prompt a response on the website.

    I hope this message finds you well.

    As we strive to automate repetitive IT tasks, I’ve been leveraging Atera’s IT Automation Profiles to streamline end-user device provisioning. While this feature has significantly improved our workflow, I’ve encountered a limitation that affects its full potential.

    Scenario:
    Our provisioning process includes steps like:

    • Reinstalling or formatting used devices (or setting up new ones).
    • Renaming devices based on Asset Tags.
    • Installing the Atera agent, which initiates IT Automation Profiles to perform tasks such as: Installing software bundles. Running scripts (e.g., adding devices to Active Directory).

  11. if you work with sub-support (providers, ...) and you want to documentat an eamail in the ticket (send it from your mail-account to the ticket-number) the customer is getting this email from the ticketsystem forwardet... (public answer)....

    this is very bad ... and should be possible to turn off

  14. Services /Providers page where we can manage contact, account, contract/client for our services, support, etc.
    We as an IT Dept , manage ISP,backup ISP, VOIP, Harwardare or lease devices, paid platforms or software that we need to manage , pay monthly or yearly, know wich kind of agreement or package we have and if wee need support gather all that info to contact them like account number, provider, support phone or agent phone, address, webpage, whatsaap, agent email or support email etc that we can manage in atera for quick response.

  16. It would be awesome if we could brand the Work from Home web portal with the customers logo, as opposed to just the Atera one. I mean, it could still say 'Powered by Atera' under the logon button or whatever... It would also be nice to get a connection status or update whilst being connected, as opposed to just sitting here waiting. ;)

  19. I would love a button - connect - in the devices under patch management.
    Often I would like to know if the PC/Device is free to reboot and a quickview, without loosing the client by clicking would be great.
