Pre-canned Device image instead of Company Logo/Pciture
Instead of panning through the Name of the device it would be quick and easy to have a picture of a device. A pre-canned illustration imagery of the device type. For instance if it's a AP have a picture of an access point instead of company image for better identification. I usually sort by company anyhow so having a picture of company logo doesn't really benefit much.

IP based restrictions for technician’s login for Remote Office.
It would be helpful if we can implement IP based restriction to restrict the technicians for remote office only not for mobile technicians

Please accept the integration of Domotz from those who are already their customers, after acquiring the Atera Platform we discovered that we cannot integrate into our Domotz because we have to acquire a new account, for those who already use Domotz this is bad, we cannot lose all settings.

add-ons auto charge after trial
Domotz Add-On
Please do not automatically begin charging for an add-on after the trial. This is what happened to me after selecting the trial for Domotz, I am now been working via email to "UNDO" this subscription that I have already been billed for which I didnt order.

Flexible ticket reports
The ability to customize ticket reports for clients, currently the only report available is to in depth for customers and they get confused with all the included information. It would be great to be able to filter and only get the information we / our clients need in a simple pdf format.

we all now about what atera can do , nut the first thing i noticed or i can say i want it if its possible , imagine if all feature of atera was in a software to be installed , and run like jarvis - from iron man - or even like siri
imagine if you just say hi atera whats my network condition , or what is my devices condition , it will replay in voice and saying this is your devices status ,...etc

Ability to create global folders
Ability to create global folders and assign tags to devices.
Performing maintenance on client servers currently have to go into each client then log into the server one by one which is cumbersome.
Having a global folder where we can see a table of devices, which client they belong to would make maintenance and script running much easier.
Example: It'd be much easier when doing manual backup checks to just have a list of all tagged servers in a global folder so we can just log in one after the other rather than have to navigate to the client, find…

When will the subject lines in the emails finally be adjusted after years? “Atera” should not be part of the subject line at all.

vendors access to customers trough Atera
Be able to give remote access to a vendor for the customer trough a agentless solution. Example: a accounting employe need help from 3 part vendor to fix some errors in the acounting software. The 3 part vendor then have to call us to approve the access and we will give him an url to log in to the server/computer and the link would work only one time or you can set the time frame for it. As of now the most vendors install teamviewer or other tools on clients servers/computers or they have an open RDP in or trough…

Office deployment bug in a software bundle
The parameters text field is not available for the Microsoft Office deployment tool in the Software bundle. Since only the parameter can specify what exact office product needs to be installed, in a bundle can be installed only a default product - Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016. I consider it a bug.

Hide Technicians
Role and permission: I want to provide a license for my client. I can limit his access on the platform. However, the client can still see all of the technicians that are one my account. I don’t want my customer to see all my technicians under my account. I don’t want my client to then contact my own technicians

Software Whitelist and Blacklist
Instead of accidentally discovering unwanted applications on managed endpoints, I'd like to setup a system of rules that alert me when an application is installed. Not for any installation, but for specific ones that are driven by rules.
Since Atera is already keeping a list of all applications installed on all managed endpoints, I'd like to be able to review that list and add each program to either a whitelist or blacklist.
