Office deployment bug in a software bundle
The parameters text field is not available for the Microsoft Office deployment tool in the Software bundle. Since only the parameter can specify what exact office product needs to be installed, in a bundle can be installed only a default product - Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016. I consider it a bug.

Hide Technicians
Role and permission: I want to provide a license for my client. I can limit his access on the platform. However, the client can still see all of the technicians that are one my account. Software Whitelist and Blacklist
Instead of accidentally discovering unwanted applications on managed endpoints, I'd like to setup a system of rules that alert me when an application is installed. Not for any installation, but for specific ones that are driven by rules.
Since Atera is already keeping a list of all applications installed on all managed endpoints, I'd like to be able to review that list and add each program to either a whitelist or blacklist. In the future, if an application on the blacklist is detected on an endpoint, I'd like to be alerted and/or take action (preferably in the form of an…

Allow Reporting on Non-Billable Time Entries
It's important to know what the team are working on, whether billable or non-billable. At the moment it seems that reporting is only on time entries marked as billable. Please make non-billable time entries something that can be reported on as well.

Identify which devices have successfully authenticated using your Atera Account
Splashtop users will be aware of this feature already however, you can check which devices have been successfully authenticated and have logged into your Splashtop Account. In Atera, you can check your Activity log which will show what IP Addresses the user has successfully logged in from however, it's not particularly useful in identifying that your Atera account is secure. Given the damage that can be done if your Atera account is compromised, I think it would be reassuring that the devices using your account are easily identifiable.
What's your thoughts?

Filter Recent Processes by customer or script when selecting timespan
Filter Recent Processes by customer or script when selecting timespan would (hopefully) reduce time it takes to return the results.
I may be looking for a process ran in the last three months, but only for a specific customer, so I don't need all the data for every device and customer.
Depending on how Atera stores this data, it may be an extra load not only for us, but for Atera servers to search through all customers' data.

Skip Patches instead of Excluding
Require the ability to skip patches instead of excluding them or alternatively exclude them from the reports too. The problem with excluding patches is that they still list as available patches but excluded. When reports are generated, excluded patches still show as missing patches, which in turn pushes down the score percentage.

Place links next to Knowledge Base Categories for creating a new section within it, for quick access. Same for sections: create a link for making a new article within a section. This would streamline the user interface within the Knowledge Base and make it more user friendly.

ATERA UI inconsistency
- If you see Add-Ons menu from Devices page, there are the Bitdefender and Webroot too, which is correct. But... unable to install Bitdefender from ATERA Agents webpage, only Webroot (missing Add-Ons menu...) Secondly, from Customers page there is a dedicated Webroot shield icon but Bitdefender is under three-dots, Add-Ons, Bitdefender, Antivirus, Install path, which is frustrated. (you should move Webroot to Add-ons)
From Devices page - Software inventory: there is a search software bar, but if you see from Agents page - Software inventory, search software bar missing.

Display on mobile device is not always good (problem with images)
Hello ! On mobile devices such phones, the lay-out of the article is not often well displayed : if the article contains images (print screens), they don't fit the screen and the right side is not visible.
