"Back To Scripts" button
Very often I'm running a series of scripts one right after another. But the pattern isn't consistent enough to write a master script or package.
How about adding a "Back to Scripts" button to the Script Run Summary screen next to the "Go To Agent" button?
This would save some clicks and cut some time out of executing a sequence of scripts.

2FA Access List
Ability to add a label/description against each IP address listed in the 2FA Access List. If you end up with a long list of IP addresses, it can be difficult to keep track of current IP addresses and identify IP address which are no longer current and should be removed.

Please implement the update retrieval via WSUS so that Atera can download the updates from the central server. This reduces the download traffic.

refresh
The old system had a go button that would only refresh the contents in the page and not the entire page. The new system does not auto-refresh for minutes after something has changed. Used to I could just hit the go button on my filters and boom instant refresh of data only and not the whole page. This new system forces me to manually refresh the entire page wasting time and bandwidth.

Define variables on uploaded scripts
I needed to ask variables on my uploaded scripts instead of need to put the .exe file on the agent or create a script to download the file.
This solution will help me on locations and agents with no good internet bandwidth.

MSP merge or collaboration
Where existing Atera MSP customers work collaboratively it would be extremely useful to allow access to each other's Atera portals, without having to duplicate tech user subscriptions. We are familiar with transferring Atera Agents from between Atera accounts, but collaborative access or ability to merge the full account would be great.

Contracts with different levels
Contracts: I have customers where we will have a minimum retainer. And we have levels, and you can deduct from those levels and then if you go up, you’ll be charged extra. It's used for whatever you want. X for IT, X for training, X for software = these are all the rates that a person can select and then under there is a fix amount of X amount and that they can use.

Event Monitoring Improvement (v2)
I posted a year ago about some improvements to the Windows event monitoring that is available when setting up a threshold in Atera
(https://atera.uservoice.com/forums/936306-ideas-and-feedback/suggestions/44256255-event-monitoring-improvement).But there are more issues with it that should be addressed...
When creating/modifying a threshold in Atera to monitor Windows Events, there are 5 options. Selecting "Events Applications", "Events Security", "Events Setup", and "Events System" is mostly useless because the only filter is to exclude specific events. It would be far more useful if we could opt to instead only include specific events so it isn't so noisy.
The fifth option is "Events by…

Role to allow customer creation for st line technicians
The ability for a role to allow customer creation. for example 1st liner technician needs to be able to assign contacts and companies to a new ticket and request. as of right now this CANT be done without giving FULL admin access to a role.
It would be very helpful for new contacts to be able to be linked to a new company name. Without a company name they are stuck on unassigned which affects the reporting side of things.1 vote -
Include details of the ticket in the Exchange Calendar appt
In our current ticketing system appointments are pushed to Outlook via exchange but include client name, address, phone number, email, who assigned it, who the tech is, and description of the ticket. The calendar piece is pretty important to us. We use this when we get in the car and start driving. Techs are accustomed to opening their calendar, tap the appt, tap the address and navigation takes from there.

Synology Active Backup Monitoring
Synology Active Backup for Business and Actibe Backup for Office 365, HyperBackup shoud be monitored - PTRG has an Sensor for it
https://github.com/WAdama/nas_ab_status/commits/master
The closest thing I've come by when it comes to monitoring Active Backup actively is by using this script (https://github.com/WAdama/nas_ab_status/commits/master) and Paessler PRTG. However it doesn't cover all backup options in Active Backup, so when you have hundreds of file backup-jobs, server backup-jobs and hypervisors backup-jobs as well as 365 and/or Google backup-jobs you're out of luck. I suppose you could setup some kind of SMTP parser to handle the backup mails from Active Backup,…
