  1. In my opinion, there should be more important information and functions on the dashboard. For example, you could introduce a kind of device list with certain filtering view windows that you can create as you like. Example "Devices -Categorized View-etc". 2.) A window for self-configured reports such as 1.) Customer online or offline PC or server patch status in %/last processes/scripts etc.

    I don't use the dashboard because the current Information is not relevant.

  2. Currently you cannot "search again" by just pressing enter in an existing search to refresh the search. You have to add or remove a character to your search to search again. The search seems to ignore you if you don't change the content of the search even though the results could have changed since you last searched.

  3. If an automation calls for a scheduled reboot, the alert system should not alert "machine status unknown" right away. In these instances, it should wait some time (like 20-30 minutes) before alerting. 99% of the time, no alert should occur. If updates fail or a server doesn't come back up after a reboot, an alert should occur since the 20-30 minutes have elapsed.

  5. Rather than manually adding the devices to a client / customer allow automation to detect either the external IP or internal domain name and then map accordingly.

    Some of my clients rebuild their machines regularly and it would be handy to have these automap rather than having to ensure they are associated with the correct customer constantly.

  6. When any software is installed or uninstalled from any devices we are not getting any notification emails. Right now it's only creating events but it's not sending email alerts. If these features are available great for everyone. No one monitoring always from Atera. Also right now we can set devices to only one profile. It's great we can keep the devices in multiple profiles.

  9. Would be nice to have more info on the device page. For example, when looking at list of devices for a particular customer, would be nice to see how long it’s been online, when was the last reboot, its IP address

  14. It would be nice to have an option for automatically switching a technician to the current profile in responding to a ticket. For example, we have automation that sets the default technician for all incoming tickets.

    When another team member is responding to a ticket they have to remember to manually assign the technician to themselves before responding or it appears to the end user that the default technician is still responding. Having an option to override that and respond as yourself would be great. I hope that makes sense.

  15. Ticket>Notes is more like a field, with multiple lines, akin to notepad.
    This could do with some improvement but is ok.

    Whereas Device>Notes, Contact>Notes, Password>Notes is more akin to one long line. It'd be great if these, and other Notes sections all worked like Ticket>Notes.

  17. When under Patch Management and IT Automation, and in an Automation Profile, when selecting "OS Excluded Patches' Manage, it would be nice to be able to click a "Select All". Example we do not push .Net Framework updates every month, so we put ".Net" in the description field. At this point, one has to go through all of the pages and make the selections. Being able to "select all" and choose them all to be Excluded at once would be helpful.

  20. Patches reports: would be nice to get more information on why it didnt go through. If it is due to an offline agent, it would be nice to automatically see so we know that there are no issues there
