  1. It would be helpful if we could add customization to the email sent to customers on invoices. For example, now we have a very generic template that gets sent with each invoice with the attached invoice PDF document. It would be beneficial to edit the text in the email to include: a URL, custom greeting/payment instructions etc.

  2. Would like to be able to send alert profiles to different staff. I have one profile for workstations and one for servers. Would like to have workstation alerts email the helpdesk and server alerts to the server/network admins.

  3. Working with big amount of machines through webpage is very slowly and uncomfortable. But for now it is the only way to work with automation profiles.

    Could you add an option to work with automation profiles via API?
    To get all names of existing profiles, to get information about some particular profile, to get list of endpoints which are applied to it, to add some new or exclude some of them from particular profile and so on... It would be nice to work with it from PowerShell instead of waiting for loading page with each of these requests.

  4. Is it possible to have a threshold regarding free space on a disk? If I set a percentage, it is very different if I have a 2TB disk, compared to a 300GB disk. It would be great to have a threshold that creates an alert if I exceed XX GB Free

  6. We need much more detailed information about the hardware in our devices. The information is all there and the RMM we come from (naverisk) had this going for it. Have a look, that's how we imagine it: https://i.imgur.com/N3G5Dd0.png

    especially the RAM configuration is important (as you want to know what type you need to extend/replace ram)

  10. Hello,

    I was doing some testing on the portal and I noticed users are not receiving activation emails when imported in bulk. This doesn’t happen when I add them manually.

    I already raised this matter with our agent, who suggested we direct our users to the service portal URL and click on ‘Forgot Password’ so that they can add a password to their account.
    This is not ideal, and I wanted to ask if it is possible to add this feature to the portal.

  11. Goal: To be able to strip RE: re: Re: rE: FW: fw: Fw: fW: and other common modifications of email subject lines from incoming emails. Overall want to increase the rate of which tickets automatically merge when end users reply.

    Suggestion: Ticket automation rule to look for strings provided by technicians on incoming emails and remove them. Create helpful tools with the automation to prevent accidental removal of valid data. Such as clearing defining what "*RE:" does vs " RE: " vs " RE:" and etc etc.

  12. This needs an overhaul and the following additional features would be an improvement.

    Scheduled Device Scan for Updates

    After updates have completed If a user is logged in prompt to reboot every set period of time until reboot accepted.

    After Updates If a user is not logged in attempt to reboot to schedule based on local device time.

    Allow local admin credential injection in order to force updates through that require a device to not just be turned on but logged in to work.

    Approve or Reject updates and set priority for security and critical updates based on the CVE.

  16. Welcome automation emails only work when contacts are created individually for each customer. Importing customers with CSV or syncing with AD azure doesn't send the welcome email automatically to new contacts.

    Welcome emails are the first interaction with new customer employees. This is highly recommended.

  18. The default being the Mem & CPU that's currently shown.
    In the drop down you would have Temperature, which might shows the line graph for CPU temperature, HD Temperature. Another option in the dropdown would would graph maybe disk usage or something.

  19. A marker that shows if a technician, and which, is currently connected to a device's Splashtop session. Currently, the only way to find out is by getting the popup message when trying to connect. Even then, if you have more than 2-3 technicians, you don't see who's on it so you have to message around and wait for responses. This would be a convenient time saver.
