  1. When receiving the email from various reports (IT Automation Feedback) it is kind of useless since we don't see the machine affected so we have to click on View Analytics. It would be easy to have the list of machine in the summary.

  2. Wingate instead of chocolatey/homebrew: it takes the updates from the editor right away so if there is an issue, it is coming directly from the editor and not someone who posted the update. Chocolatey does not verify the update. Wingate takes from Microsoft. So if they deploy the wrong version, it's Microsoft's fault. It is native with windows 11 and 21.h1 or 21.h2.

  5. I would like to be able to ensure that the Atera Agent has all the access that it requires to aspects of the macOS via an MDM but this needs a bundle ID which requires the agent to be signed.

    I'm quite surprised that the agent isn't already signed to be honest.

  6. "Run the profile on newly installed agents" need a automation profile for the customer and it would affect all new agents. Why not "Run the profile on new assigned agents" when the agent will get the profile assigned manually, by folder or by customer. So we have a much better flexibility.

  8. Currently we can only apply a discount using a percentage when invoicing using products & expenses.

    Please add a flat rate discount per unit option.

    Simple example: Software Expense for $95 but we quote $12.50 discount per licence. Easier to add in discount of $12.50 per unit rather than figure out the percentage. Just makes it more fool proof for technicians rather than having to use a calculator.

  9. The SNMP library is becoming bloated with low effort / Low quality templates. Mostly clones of clones. Perhaps some moderators are needed to keep things cleaned up. I also suggest disabling the share to library function for cloned scripts in order to prevent multiple copies of the same script being uploaded to the library. Additionally, it would be great to have a language field so users can filter by their native language!

  12. Possibility to modify/edit the time intervals for alerts. If a Citrix server takes more time to boot it will make an alert. If we can change the time intervals of the servers by group of per machine we can cover this issue.

  15. There is a "Extra Value (Numeric)" field for password entries.
    It would be helpful to be able to use negative numbers. For example, this is a good place to store a Webroot GID

WE can create rules based on Sender Email, Subject, and Body. i.e. I get emails from various backups solutions. I would love to be able to say "Subject Like '%success%' then...

  18. It would be nice if the drop down menu for the category in the scripts screen would remember the last selection. When I'm running scripts and jumping between customers and views but doing the same thing its time consuming to look for the script I want.

While it is great we can select specific patch management automation profiles from Customer > Folders > Action > IT Automation Profile, it would be great to select the folder at time of creating the patch management profile, click Apply To, click on Folders tab then select Customer, then click on the Customer's respective checkbox of folders available to apply it to.

  20. Be able to know what devices have had their Helpdesk Agent "activated" so that the user can submit tickets. Hypothetically: Say I have 10 devices that I know were activated at some point. Then a few hours later, 10 new devices came on line and the Agent was installed for them, but the helpdesk agent was not activated yet. I'd like to see the first 10 devices have been activated, and the which of the new 10 still need to be activated. If I select all devices (under the customer’s devices) and mass ‘activate helpdesk agent’, I just want to…
