Update timeline for devices
You installed the Atera agent on a computer running Windows 7 in 2019, and then during its time it's been in place upgraded to Windows 10, taken a few Windows 10 build updates and is now on 21h2, or that Mac that was running Catalina when you last got in front of it, but it's now on Monterey.
A visual timeline of these updates and patches would be very helpful. For those of us left floundering during the first day after Microsoft broke L2TP recently with an update, it would have been a great tool for piecing together "we've got 50 units across 4 clients now unable to connect their VPN and looking in their update timeline they all took this update last night/this morning".
Those cases of "my computer was working perfectly for ages and now the printer and VPN haven't worked all week" would be easier to troubleshoot if you could look on a timeline and see that the user first had problems on Tuesday and on Monday night they upgraded from Big Sur to Monterey (an actual issue we had this week with the upgrade breaking VPN and print drivers)
in the SMB space, a lot of users have no clue as to what updates have run (especially Mac users) or even if they have run, and why should they, but knowing about them will help us as their MSP to stay informed and resolve issues.

Improvements for service manager
When refreshing the services list, your search query gets lost and you have to retype the search everytime. Would be better to remember the search after refresh.
Startup type is not visible. This is a very important information. Is the service disabled? Or set to manual or automatic startup type?

Increased Anydesk Integration
Ability to connect to Anydesk without copying and pasting passwords. It would be nice if we can apply profiles to customers. For example, be able to set all endpoints to default to better performance and not to share sound.

Pass parameter/variable to auto-healing script
Currently, when a threshold alert fires, it is possible for the alert to trigger an auto-healing script to run. For example, if the Service that is being monitored stops, it is possible to assign a script to launch to start the service.
The problem is that you have to have a unique script for each service. It should be possible to pass or expose parameters/variables from the alert to the script. This way, we can develop generic scripts and reuse them for multiple threshold alerts.

set event monitor alert type status in Atera different than event viewer status
Currently if we want to add an alert ID to a threshold, the type (information, critical, etc) much match what is in the Event Viewer. We need to be able to set it differently for our Atera alerts.
For example, for detecting potential ransomware, we want to monitor a scheduled task creation, Event ID 4698 and 4700. In the Event Viewer that's an information alert. We would like to be able for that to show up as a critical alert in Atera to get our attention so it's not lost.
Currently the alert level we set in the threshold must match the level it shows in Event Viewer or it won't pick up the alert in a threshold setting.

Allow performing actions on agents via API
The current Agent API only allows you to retrieve info on a device. I can envision utilizing API in our Client-facing dashboard to allow end-users to 'self help' by allowing access to run certain scripts (Restart Print spooler, etc)

Communicate with users signed in on a device, without beginning a remote connection
While attempting to complete a task on a device clients device, I'm often encountering a user that is logged into that device. I can always check for logged in users before remoting in, however it would be really great to be able to send the current logged in user a notification or communication box to let them know that some maintenance is required.

Disable new feature modal
I don't need to be told every month theres a new version out by covering the entire screen when I login. This is bad SaaS practice and is a jarring experience when you're logging on to complete a task.
The Notification bubble at the top of the screen already tells me about new releases, this is sufficient.

Contract
I would love to see a contract builder that looks like this:
Contract Name:
Client Name:
Term:
Billing Cycle: [weekly, monthly, yearly]
Bill base amount: [Enter amount or select Asset/Services List*]
Add Work from Home count? Y/N | Work from Home extended fee per user:
Add Backups Y/N | Backup Rate per instance:
Add Endpoint Security Y/N | Number of Seats: | Price per seat:
Block hours? Y/N
Number of Block hours:
Block hours refresh cycle [Same as Billing, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly]
Charge for billable hours in excess of block hours? Y/N
- Onsite Business hours: $ / [hour, day, week]
- Onsite After-hours: $ / [hour, day, week]
- Remote Business hours: $ / [hour, day, week]
- Remote After hours: $ / [hour, day, week]
[Add rate]*asset/services list = a form per client that list the assets and services that are billable:
- Servers monitored #____ x Extended rate $____
- Workstations monitored #____ x Extended rate $____
- BYOD devices #____ x Extended rate $____
- Backups #____ x Extended rate $____
- Endpoint security #____ x Extended rate $____
- M365 Business Premium #____ x Extended rate $____
[Add Asset type or Service Type]This Asset/Services list, would enable us to dynamically update the fees associated with contracts… if a site adds 3 servers. Bingo reflected in the billing The "Add Rate" would enable us to add multiple rates to tickets... perhaps the work on servers bills higher than work on laptops or printers...I would love to see a contract builder that looks like this:

microsoft licensing- Windows Embedded Standard
When pulling a report on Microsoft licensing, not all licenses are found. "Windows Embedded" OSs are not included in the report if they don't have a version number. It would be useful to see all licenses, even if they don't have a version number.

Create an export button on the Tickets screen.
I can filter the Tickets screen the way I want, but cannot get a report that does the same thing. If there was an export button, I could use it to do what I want.
