Availability monitoring Threshold
It would be fantastic to be able to change the sensitivity of the availability monitoring, we get alot of false alerts that servers have gone off-line. Having the option to generate an alert after 2 (or more) consecutive failures would be awesome.

Hide Network Discovery from Menu
Please create a way to hide "Network Discovery" from the menu for those of use not interested in purchasing that feature. Having "Network Discovery" with a "+1" bubble is visually annoying.

Office update
There is this feature in for "Patch Search & Deploy". However, the update query for Office Update it not seem to work (I never see Office update available by this feature, but if I manual perform check for update from application I can see there is updates available there). The Developer team should verify to get this feature work properly.

Update Agent Health Report
At the bottom of the agent health report is a list of Common Historical Alerts. We need an alert report that has the dates the of those alerts. Knowing an alert or ticket was created a month ago isn’t really helpful. With the tightening of security requirements across industries, detailed reports are being more widely required.

Need the ability to have customizable service forms that can be created on the mobile app. The service form that is created should be able to import into QuickBooks Online and then be turned into an invoice.

Add product family and sub-families to device information
It would be nice if we could assign a product family and sub-families to monitored devices so that automated tickets associated with those devices would auto-populate the family and sub-family information.

Built-in report that displays the KBs that were installed during the execution of an IT automation profile.
It would be nice to be able to get a report of all the KB:s that have been installed on a specific computer/server the last week for instance.

It would be great to have a security report under "Classic Reports" which shows per customer all open vulnerabilities per agent, open ports per agent, found etc.

Stop repeated restarts of the AteraAgent Service
Looking at the event log, I can see the AteraAgent service restarts every minute or so. This floods the windows event log with useless noise.
Is it really necessary for the service to restart so frequently when there have been no configuration changes. If there are configuration changes, it should not be necessary for the service to restart. The only time that should be necessary is when the agent image itself has changed (like an upgrade).

Voice input
It would be extremely beneficial if voice input was available while composing emails or internal notes. because it will save us time and allow us to meet the deadline on time.

Automated rules based on things like below
- device type - Server / Laptop / Desktop
- OS Type
- OS Version
- etc.
This would then allow us to setup automation rules for newly installed agents or publish IT Automation based on criteria like so
If "computer os" is "windows 10" then install these applications
this automates the ability to install AV / Applications / etc. when a new agent comes online for a customer
this in turn allows for an agent to be installed onto a computer which will then automate chocolaty to install
we would also need options to install webroot / bitdefender which would also allow us to save the key for a customer so that when we install webroot it would automatically be installed
i.e.
If "computer os" = "windows 10" then install AV (using the already existing script on your site) with key = "customer key"
each Automated rule should be able to be configured for every site... just selected sites.. or just 1 site

Pre-canned Device image instead of Company Logo/Pciture
Instead of panning through the Name of the device it would be quick and easy to have a picture of a device. A pre-canned illustration imagery of the device type. For instance if it's a AP have a picture of an access point instead of company image for better identification. I usually sort by company anyhow so having a picture of company logo doesn't really benefit much.

Export to calendar function when creating ticket
Currently if we want to export a ticket to calendar we have to open ticket after we have created ticket. Would be nice if export to calendar could happen at time of creating ticket, which would save time.

Recommended merging of tickets
Periodically, we'll have emails come into Atera that generate new tickets instead of link to an existing ticket. It'd be a really simple and huge quality of life improvement if Atera can auto-suggest merging tickets. For example, if an email comes in for a customer with a subject like "RE: Recycle old servers", and there's already a ticket for that same custom with subject "Recycle old servers", when I click into the ticket generated for "RE: Recycle old servers", have some sort of button to say, "It looks like there's already a ticket, should I merge them?"

Dates and times in dashboard
It would be much easier if tickets showed creation date and time - as opposed to "3 weeks ago" etc...etc. Currently it is impossible to go back to a specific date and time. We have to drill into each ticket which looks on or around the time we want .........which is time consuming
