  2. It would be nice to have an attachments tab or category on tickets. Somewhere where all the attachments on a particular ticket are viewable. Either similar to the attachment tab for customers or just linked to side like the other ticket details.

    With the current system, it very easy to loose track of attachments, especially if someone else added it to the ticket because you may not see it without scrolling through all of the notes.

  3. Currently in the Atera web dashboard, if you view a Mac device, under Hardware->Device it only lists a basic description of Mac ("iMac" or "MacBook Pro"). This same description is given on the Mobile app, under Hardware->Motherboard. It would be more informative if Atera at least displayed the Model identifier in these locations, as the result from "/usr/sbin/sysctl -n hw.model" gives "MacBookPro18,3". Ideally, Atera would use the result from the Apple Marketing Name instead ("MacBook Pro, (14-inch, 2021)"), but there isn't a consistent programatic method I've seen to grab the name.   6. Dear Support,

    There should be bulk import of Custom Field for Agent using .CSV or .xslx formats.
    Currently we are able add custom field option for the agent but we have to manually enter the data. Since we have more than 1500 agents, the bulk import for custom field will be helpful.

  9. it should be possible to simply duplicate agentless devices by klicking, then a popup should open to enter a different device name (a must!) and "bam" finished. then the new device should be opend to change the IP and other information...

    at the moment setting up 20 and more generic devices if a customer does get some more gen devices is a pain. some are fastly saved and mostly are a pain to wait...

  10. Monitor memory pressure instead of memory utilization on Apple Silicon Macs. Memory utilization is a moot point on these devices as memory stays near full by design on this hardware. Memory pressure is a better gauge of stress on these systems.

  11. Similar to other reboot requests, I would like to reboot at a given time only after a patch install. For instance, a workstation would reboot at 3:00 am only after a patch requiring a reboot was installed. Kaseya has this feature and it’s something really miss.

  12. We currently do not have the ability to view or set the SNMP polling interval when monitoring them via agents.

    It would be very useful to be able to view and/or set the SNMP polling interval so we can customise the monitoring to suit our needs.

  17. When we first started with Atera we had to enter our Atera user passwords to run the installer from the user space. I'd like to bring this feature back or at least the ability to set at password at installer creation. If this feature already exists I am unaware. I do not like the idea that if someone were to get our installer they could easily add invalid devices to our console.

  18. For over 6 months now, I have not been able to login to the mobile app on my phone. Even with help from support for this, the only successful login has been setting Chrome as my default browser, rebooting the phone, getting Atera app to open the login in Chrome, then log in, but that forces setting up Microsoft Authenticator app again, but successfully logs out. However, upon logging out of the app (to test), Atera then opens Firefix despite Chrome being set as default. Then when I attempt to login using biometrics, I get "Not Allowed." error (with the…

Allow filters to be more dynamic by default all which exclude checklist, this would fix having to update all views when adding a custom status, this should also be added to the API so you can fetch without grabbing all tickets, this would help Atera reduce consumption Aswell by more efficient calls
