  1. Pricing on the website: our clients are gonna go and check it out and some of them come back saying why do you pay X for Webroot and then why am I paying you this.

  2. When I view a device that has an agent installed, the CPU and memory graph has a nice control that lets me see the exact time if CPU or memory usage as I mouse-over the graph. I can also choose the time scale - 24hrs, 1 week, 1 month.

    When I view a device that does not have an agent (like HTTP, TCP, or Generic), I have a similar graph, but it does not let me choose the time scale nor does it let me see the exact time for an event on the graph as I mouse-over it.

  4. Ability to deploy the Atera agent directly when you do a scan with Domotz - would be nice to just run it and then see which devices does not have the Atera agent and then install it

  5. Clients are security conscious, the small splashtop "user has logged in" bottom right corner of the screen often goes unnoticed and clients freak out when the mouse starts moving.
    Please allow the splashtop chat or something similar to teamviewer showing that a user is currently logged in to prompt something that we have logged in that's obvious for the user to see.
    Currently I've bound a script to a mouse button and manually click chat every time I log in so clients don't get paranoid I can silently log in.

  6. When I create a scheduled Ticket, it would be super handy if that was auto added to the linked calendar. This would allow me to quickly see any up coming jobs.
    Else I am not sure why I would schedule a ticket.

  8. We'd like to have the possibility to have more than one requester for a ticket, in case it's a bigger outtage we can inform more people at once than have to contact every single one of who is affected by the outtage.

  9. There is only a general IT autmation queue timeout "run on offline agetns" at the bottom of the IT Automation overview.

    It would be great if every IT automation profile would have it's own queue timeout setting to overrule the general setting.
    If not set the general setting can be honored.

  10. When I generate an invoice in Atera and export it to QuickBooks Online, the Service Date column lists the date the invoice was generated and exported. This is a problem for me because I bill at the end of the month. For services rendered to a client in July, I'll generate and export that invoice in the first few days of August, and on the exported invoice all of the service dates are for August even though the invoice is for services rendered in July.   11. 2FA : it should remember my settings. Right now, there are 8 clicks to log in. I just want to put in the passwords and 2FA, not biometric. Would be nice for it to remember how we want to log in. Too many clicks. It keeps showing me all the options every single time

  12. When accessing an agent's page (computer). We should have a list of active related tickets and an option to have a history of all the tickets related to the agent.
    Now if I do a general search with the computer name, it doesn't show the tickets in the results unless it's a ticket created from an alert because an alert puts the name of the computer in the ticket title. It seems unclear how the link between tickets and agents is made. When creating a new ticket from the Tickets page we should be able to select an agent form…

  14. I am trying to gather information on all devices which do not have TPM 2.0. I saw someone asked about this earlier but I would like to addon to it. I would also like to see the TPM 2.0 TPM 1.2 and No TPM option in the Devices > Filters > advanced Filter > first option to narrow PC results.

  15. Would be great to have the option to change the customer of a ticket as sometimes the IT team might forward an email received from an client to the support@ in order to create a ticket. However, we are unable to change the customer on a ticket using Atera.

  16. At the moment, we need to open each individual ticket to view the total time spent on the ticket. Can this be added to the main ticket list view. Admins and Managers can quickly see which tickets have long time entries or have been worked on longer than others.

  17. Sync customer license numbers with Webroot for automated installation, or at the very least allow us to manually copy the customers Webroot serial number into Atera so that we don't get to go get it from Webroot's portal every time a workstation is added.

  19. Recurring item billing

    Our current helpdesk allows us to log/schedule recurring items (Microsoft 365 licenses, domain name renewals, backup plans, etc) either monthly or annually and bill monthly via quickbooks online sync.
