Just a small thing. When creating a ticket, can we see a entire cascaded list of the Parent and sub parent values in one go in Product Type.
For example.

embed portal into external website
I love your portal, but there are other features i'd like to off my customers which are outside of the Atera scope. Therefore, i'd like the ability to embed your portal into another website. similar to just using an iframe, but i really don't want my customers to have to login to my website and then log into the portal separately.
ideally i could just have them click a link that could automatically log them into the atera portal. So basically SSO functionality.7 votes -
Suppress alerts schedule
Suppress alerts during a schedule. I.e. admins can match suppressed alerts schedule to certain tasks e.g. backups (when resources utilisation is often peaked and causes many alerts).

- One is to incorporate a password on the agent so people cannot accidently or purposely shut down the agent or uninstall because they are not sure what it is!
- Expand the White Label branding so it also allows customizing or generically displaying the install program name and folder name, as well as in the Apps and Add Remove Program Files. Instead of “Atera” under Program Files or Program Files (x86), or the Apps and Add Remove Program files use something like “RmmAgent” or “MSPcompanynameagent” The reason is customers see the Atera program and decide they do not know it and uninstall it or go into panic mode. If it was the MSP’s company name they would at least recognize it. We think this would very beneficial to both MSP’s and in house IT departments.

Pause SNMP alerts
Currently, we can only pause the alerts of the monitoring agent which will pause the SNMP device alerts as well. So, add pausing of alerts of SNMP devices
Some use-cases: device is in reboot-loop or device is in maintenance

Offline Agent Change Interval
Offline agent Alert: When a machine goes offline, rebooted or something, we get a lot of tickets going offline. We get a 3 dozen tickets and even though they might not be. would be nice to choose the interval of how long a device is offline before sending alerts.

First response time on ticket list
Please show the first response time on the ticket list. This will be helpful to show that technicians are responding within the accepted time frames.
Alternatively, itemize tickets on the Technicial Performance report, showing the tickets first response time.

Individual alert options
Now you can only choose if you want sound alerts on/off for both warnings and critical alerts. I would like to see this option to be individual so you can turn off warnings but turn on critical alerts sound warning.
Or add custom sounds so you can set up a silent sound for a warning.
