  3. Hi,
    Any ticket page has constantly the same page title: <title>Atera - RMM software | PSA & Remote Access for MSPs</title>

    This should be changed to include ticket number at the end:
    <title>Atera - RMM software | PSA & Remote Access for MSPs | #1203</title>
    so when the URL is copied over to another system or conversation, it automatically displays the ticket number without a need of opening the URL.

    We reference a lot of tickets and this 2 minute change would make referencing way simpler.

  4. add a field on script (and script library) where instructions and other notes could be added. this would be good to have as employees leave or new ones are brought on and they need to know why that script exists.

  8. Sometimes we do not wish to push out Office updates at the same time as Windows updates. It would handy to have a checkbox that allows you to either enable or disable ALL Office updates from an automation policy.

  9. When a Ticket is closed can the email response include the last comment made on the ticket? Whether it be from the Customer or the Technician?
    My process is the update with final notes, press “Send Reply”, then I set the Ticket Status to either Resolved or Closed. I don’t see a way to set Resolved and have it Send Reply all in the same action.

  16. When performing remote work on client computers there are times when the blank screen is very useful however that typically means the client doesn't know what is going on. Many times I have been disconnected because they see a blank screen, no mouse or keyboard (because it is frozen from my end) and so they simply restart the computer. If there were a 'maintenance is currently being performed" styled background that could be created by the admin instead of the blank screen would solve a lot of problems.

  17. Add 4 new boxes next to the status boxes for each device that can be set with or without an integration. There should be one for Webroot or Bitdefender, or any other AV that someone might use, another box should be for Backup Software like MSP360 or vendors choice, and two more boxes for whatever package the MSP offers. This would make it much easier to just look at client devices and at a glance see what software is on which device. We use Threatlocker as well, and DNSFilter.

    My four boxes would be Webroot, MSP360, ThreatLocker & DNSFilter.

  20. Agent Health Report: when you have just one device selected, to pull the info that appears in the hardware/disk sections under devices. It would be great to show a nice, sleek report to a client when they have a device that needs replacing (especially when they’re reluctant to do so even when the computer is on its last legs!!)
