  2. Why do we need a script to get a report of all the bitlocker keys for quick archival? the keys are saved to the site and we should be able to get a report of all machines and associated keys. The only solution a tech gave would be to run a script for all PCs to save the key to a specified location. Not only would this be a massive licensing cost for the month, but we would need to do this every time we added a new device. the information is already saved tot he site and we can…

    1. SNMP monitoring in dashboard, OID values and what not.
    2. Support for Linux/Fedora based monitoring agent.

  4. Pls. enhance the API to retrieve a list of all workhourrecords of a month (or filtered by start / end date).

  6. When deploying a MSI file through Atera using IT Automations, I need an option where Atera checks if the software isn't already installed before deploying it. I'm currently forced to update all of my servers everyday whether it's needed or not.

  9. When using using tools like wufoo or jotform the email incoming is from no-reply@jotform.com (sender email). That creates the tickets and assigns the ticket to the user no-reply@jotform.com. Jotform/wufoo have the capability to use an email collected in their form to add as the "reply-to email". I use this currently with zendesk from both wufoo/jotform so the tickets are assigned to the correct requestor.

    Please add that as an option for inbound email tickets or the ability to run a ticket automation to update the requester based on this attribute.

    Acronis Found a lot more apps that needed to be updated and some of them were Critical. Atera didn't even identify them as needing updated

  12. Identify the MAC address vendor in the network discovery findings. This would help techs identify devices and additionally you could add the ability to classify/label the device (VoIP phone, TV, etc). It would help label the devices that are known but can’t be monitored by Atera agent or SNMP.

  13. I have a question. Some of our users have noticed that when we close a ticket, it creates another email. Is it possible that when we close the ticket, it keeps the original email from the first creation?"

  14. When creating a new article at the KB for my clients, I would love to have an hyperlink within the text that redirects clients to give us feedback about the article or share ideas with us. It should allow to click on a word and open their default email client to send us an email (including the email address, and subject). This would give us the needed feedback to understand if the kb is usefull or not.

    Recently, a partner requested the ability to merge or move their ATERA account under ours, treating them as a customer.

  17. More granular permission needed.
    We need full access permissions ticked in order to have access to thresholds and alert management but we need to be able to uncheck 'billing' as we don't want out techs to have full billing permissions.
    There is no other way to give threshold and alerting permission apart from ticking 'full admin'
