  2. Alert for AV definitions and status not only for Bitdefender.
    You are showing the AV product on the device already but you dont have alerts for all products.

  3. The preset threshold for failed log in attempts is currently 3, we are unable to alter this to a higher number. Even Microsoft is currently 5 before they do a lockout. Can we get the option to alter the preset number to something higher either say a preset options to select from a list or a number entry option for the system? Currently when attempted to alter the border just goes gray and does nothing.

  5. We regularly run compliance checks on our systems to see if they are up-to-date as we don't have everyone on Patch Management. It would be nice to exclude devices that have not checked in during a certain time frame (set by user)

  7. Add a report to find machines not logged in to for > x days - useful for finding under utilised machines, or ones that may have gone missing!

  8. 1 hour is far too out of date for hard disk usage info, the alerts update quickly, so the information on the agent page should do so too! Out of date information is of no use to anyone.

  9. We have many applications that send status e-mails (backup application primarily) to our inbox.
    It would be useful to have the possibility to scan the mailbox to search for keywords (error, failed, etc) and automatically open a ticket. Thank you.

  11. Under each company, my "Favorites" list should not be the same as other Atera users Favorites list. In some cases, certain roles don't have or shouldn't have access to the same machines even, so our Favorites list should not be the same.

  13. It would be nice to enable feedback on the remote computers from an icon in the taskbar. For example, if it is "Patch Friday", I would like to be able to notify my customer that at 5pm, on Friday, the computer is installing updates. The end user should be able to see the announcement of the agent and also be able to open it at any moment and confirm what actions are being performed on his/her device. Kind of real-time feedback for the end user or server administrator.

  16. It's currently troublesome to install an app via IT Automation on a Mac, as Brew needs Admin rights for certain apps and the first time usage of Brew throws folder privilege issues on Big Sur 11.5.2.

    So please:
    Fix the permission issues for the required folders
    Add the ability to use admin rights to install apps.

  18. Change the Alerts FROM email address. Instead of "noreply@atera.com allow customizing your own domain name and sender, ie; myalerts@mycompany.com.

    Then if a customer would like to also see or receive the alerts it will be from your company rather than noreply@atera.com which creates more questions.

  19. I appreicate the constant updates to the platform, but it would be really good to have the option to view the tickets in the 'legacy/old' layout. The location of the "Awaiting customer response"/"Awaiting Technician Reponse" etc was so much easier to see at a glance, also the filters were alot easier to access. The new layout just seems too spread out.
