New address line
Unfortunately, the invoice module cannot be used for me:
Almost the complete address is output in one line, which is then cut off because it is far too long.
The information "Federal State" and "State" is not required, the important information "Zip Code" is missing.In order to be able to use the invoice module, I need:
Address1: street - street number
Address2: zip code - cityI wonder why no one has complained about this, isn't that obvious?

Notification Center
Notification center is kind of limited. If we get a ticket, we don’t get a notification. Would be nice to have a bing that tells when a customer answers for example, it will allow us to respond faster.

Have offline agents check for pending automations when they check in
Currently if a device is offline during a scheduled automation, the automation won't attempt to run again until the same time the next day. It would be nice to have an option to have the automation run as soon as the device comes online.

Create/Upload Visio Map and Link endpoints to Geographic Location
We spend a lot of time creating a Visio map/diagram of each client office, and have several clients with multiple workstations performing the same function (Check In/Out, Back Office). Current naming scheme is CLIENTCHECKIN2 or similar, but I would like the ability to upload the Visio map, drop in an object (workstation, printer, etc), and have the object link to the endpoint or monitored device.
I think it would help our clients identify which workstation they are on (left check in vs right) because we find they have difficulty with following instructions to find the workstation name.

List the patch install date in the patch feedback report
List patch install date in report so we know going into it few days later how many were installed on scheduled day and how many were installed in the following days.

Rename Device from
The ability to rename a device from the mobile app would be helpful. Many customers cycle staff frequently, the ability to rename a device while on-site from the mobile app would be greatly appreciated.

Chat System
For remote connection, we like ScreenConnect: we like the option to log on the computer, nice chat system, was not as friendly or easy to use when you are trying to talk to the client.

Helpdesk Phone Center
Helpdesk center functionality: provide a number that users can call. Just for urgent issues they don’t have a way to contact if it's urgent, if they don’t have internet or have access to a computer.

Licensing option for Remote Control only
I am a manager in a team of 5. Myself and one other are dedicated to maintaining the hardware and endpoint software on our network. We both have Atera licences and work onsite.
I also have 3 team members who develop inhouse software applications for use by our clinical colleagues. All three of these team members now work from home permanently. There have been many occasions where it would have been useful for these three colleagues to have the ability to remote control users machines who are onsite for support and training purposes, particularly recently.

Custom Fields within Passwords/custom password templates
It would be great if we could create custom fields within passwords or create and customize password templates. The current password template does not offer enough customizability options to capture all relevant information. I am left putting information that should be hashed in the notes section instead of in a password field.

Device Numbers
A field to show how many devices each customer has would be great. We need an overview of device numbers per client on one page ie.
Client 1 - 24
Client 2 - 12
Client 3 - 45

Modify OID values
Would like to be able to perform functions on the oid values and have that display as well. For instance, some printers report toner levels as a number and to get the toner percent level you have to calculate it based on current level and max level. Would appreciate being able to do this within atera to display the actual value and the calculated value.

alerts
Would be good if you can select more than 20 alerts to resolve, maybe have a ALL alerts to be resolved.
If you have 1000 of Alerts, you have to scroll down the screen and then go back to the top of the screen and select ALL

Mobile app need some features and more of iconic displayed on it
The Mobile App suppose to have more of iconic than the way it is and a little bit darker background and more of better feature i think that will be awsome

upgrade to win11 blocker patch
I am looking up to block/exclude the win11 upgrade patch. Can atera please facilitate that option asap as the users are trying to upgrade the patch which later hampering the work.

Disable renewal notification for deactivated contracts
Ability to disable contract expiration notifications for deactivated contracts. This becomes confusing when a new contract has already been activated to replace the old agreement.

Remove or Allow Disable of Confirmation Token
This is already mentioned in the Revamped Agent thread, but I feel like this is deserving of its own.
The Confirmation Token is the single most reason that I can't use the Help Desk Agent in our environment and why I haven't moved our ticketing to Atera. I already have a Contact Relation attached to the Device. I would think that it would know that that contact was tied to the device already, yet the user still has to use a confirmation token to submit a ticket.
