  1. Secure Custom Fields:

    It would be useful to be able to secure custom fields, as unique local admin passwords could be generated for individual agents via scripting.

  3. As we send the Atera SLA reports to our customers we would like to be able to break down the SLA report in order to show the ticket that have breached the SLA, tickets within SLA and all the other posts too just to be able to go through it all with the customers.
    The search features doesn't help to much either to fins out this.

  4. Have a Master contract (I.e. MSA) with multiple billing types (I.e. Per Agent, Per Server, Per Network Device, Bulk Hours and T&M) under it. Start & Finish dates set per the MSA.

    Right now, I have 5 contracts for a client to manage the MSA agreement I have signed with them.

  5. I have a small business client who is all cloud based and doesn't have any servers that can act as a monitoring agent for devices on their network. I selected a desktop PC at their reception desk to act as the monitoring agent for the office printer but it is likely that PC will go offline. I'd like to be able to specify multiple monitoring agents to act as a fallback.

  6. Unfortunately, the invoice module cannot be used for me:
    Almost the complete address is output in one line, which is then cut off because it is far too long.
    The information "Federal State" and "State" is not required, the important information "Zip Code" is missing.

    In order to be able to use the invoice module, I need:
    Address1: street - street number
    Address2: zip code - city

    I wonder why no one has complained about this, isn't that obvious?

  7. Notification center is kind of limited. If we get a ticket, we don’t get a notification. Would be nice to have a bing that tells when a customer answers for example, it will allow us to respond faster.

  8. Currently if a device is offline during a scheduled automation, the automation won't attempt to run again until the same time the next day. It would be nice to have an option to have the automation run as soon as the device comes online.

  9. We spend a lot of time creating a Visio map/diagram of each client office, and have several clients with multiple workstations performing the same function (Check In/Out, Back Office). Current naming scheme is CLIENTCHECKIN2 or similar, but I would like the ability to upload the Visio map, drop in an object (workstation, printer, etc), and have the object link to the endpoint or monitored device.

    I think it would help our clients identify which workstation they are on (left check in vs right) because we find they have difficulty with following instructions to find the workstation name.

  11. It would be awesome if we could get a SSH webshell to access devices such as Cisco networking equipment from SNMP or just by specifying DNS/IP info. It could use a specified agent to execute the function.

  13. It would be nice if we were given a warning 10 minutes or so before Atera automatically logs an engineer out of the system. I don't know how many times we've lost the content of tickets that are in progress because we just get bumped to a login screen.
    It's not like you can pick up the ticket again if it hasn't already been saved, you just have to start all over again which may be impossible if there are screenshots etc you've taken.

  14. The ability to rename a device from the mobile app would be helpful. Many customers cycle staff frequently, the ability to rename a device while on-site from the mobile app would be greatly appreciated.

  15. For remote connection, we like ScreenConnect: we like the option to log on the computer, nice chat system, was not as friendly or easy to use when you are trying to talk to the client.

  17. Helpdesk center functionality: provide a number that users can call. Just for urgent issues they don’t have a way to contact if it's urgent, if they don’t have internet or have access to a computer.

  18. I am a manager in a team of 5. Myself and one other are dedicated to maintaining the hardware and endpoint software on our network. We both have Atera licences and work onsite.

    I also have 3 team members who develop inhouse software applications for use by our clinical colleagues. All three of these team members now work from home permanently. There have been many occasions where it would have been useful for these three colleagues to have the ability to remote control users machines who are onsite for support and training purposes, particularly recently.

  19. It would be great if we could create custom fields within passwords or create and customize password templates. The current password template does not offer enough customizability options to capture all relevant information. I am left putting information that should be hashed in the notes section instead of in a password field.

  20. A field to show how many devices each customer has would be great. We need an overview of device numbers per client on one page ie.

    Client 1 - 24
    Client 2 - 12
    Client 3 - 45
    etc.
