  2. Comes from customer - > A VIP 10 seater - Mobile app doesn't give the customers technicians enough access to Atera, allowing a technician on the road to actually manage tickets and deal with issues, it is not an app really it is a clone of the website and works terribly.

  5. It takes way too many clicks etc to try and move the scroll line up and down. Total pain in the..... Some design features should not be messed with and whatever you do don't automatically hide them.

  6. When raising a ticket you should be able to backdate/change the time the ticket is logged as being raised.
    By default it should be the current time, but there should be an option to override it so you can say it should have been created a few hours ago.
    This is useful if you worked on something earlier but didn't raise a ticket at the time e.g. away from desk, busy on another call etc.
    Not a huge thing but it can be useful for SLA purposes or if a customer wants to know when work was actually carried out.

  7. Today we don't only monitor servers and devices, we mainly monitor "SERVICES". Each application or service at our clients depends upon of dozens of components. It would be nice to have a place in the Dashboard where we can create those services with all its components and have the entire thing showing up as healthy/unhealthy or with alerts for performance, etc. As an example, one of my customers have a very important service for end users which depends on a custom website running on IIS and a SQL engine and some DBs running on a SQL server.   8. If I contact customer service asking for a help and the process does not exist, there should be a button for the agent to submit the request on your behalf. Much more likely just to find a tool that has what we need.

  11. In the reports section, it would be really good to be able to create a report for a specific contract of a client. At the moment we are only able to create reports for all the contracts a customer has. It would be a good idea to be able to separate the report based on the contracts.

  13. It should be nice if you develope a virtual appliance for vmware/hyper-v in order to deploy an autonomous network discovery tool. We will be able to scan a network without need to use an agent for that.

  15. Add the ability to create a threshold item such as a Powershell script that can generate alerts based on whatever value the script returns. I have a lot of custom monitoring going on in the RMM program that I am currently using and it will be difficult to figure out how I will continue that monitoring if I choose to make the switch to Atera.

    For the above mentioned feature we would like to be able to edit the configuration of the failed login attempts.

    From how many failed login attempts in which time period should a message be issued.

    The extension of this feature would help us a lot to use the monitoring with Atera as the only monitoring software.

  17. I would like the ability to increase the retention period for Atera Online Backups. At the moment I believe it is defaulted to only retaining the last 30 days. It would be nice if we could change that period on a monthly basis. For example the last three months would be a good start. Using archive points is not a suitable solution because it does not cull older backups and they will just grow and grow.

  18. Our company runs several policies/Automation Profiles on client workstations, but profiles like reboots should not be applied to servers just because they are included in the client assignment.

    We have found over the last month that manually excluding servers tends to result in missing a server or two, and still having an issue.

    We propose that policies and Automation Profiles be set up with the option to exclude types of endpoints, like servers, from being added when creating or running a policy and/or Automation Profile.

  20. Atera should provide suggestions or fixes for each gaps identified in Network discovery scan report.
    example : open ports - what is best practice and how to close the port and how dangerius is that port.
