Quickly See Time Entries/Updates Quickly on Ticket
Under the ticket, if there is another technician, he can quickly check what has been done on the ticket, how many hours. (doesn't want to go and click on "time entries" etc - wants it already available on the ticket itself).

Reviewing what my techs have done is really frustrating where the information I need is in their time entry. While reading the conversation and going back and forth from the pop out window is really tough.

Ideally in a time entry you describe what you did and how long it took.
So it is very, very important part of a ticket. In Datto for instance every ticket entry is also a timesheet entry.
And thats completely logical.Time entries are essential part of a ticket and clients should be able to view them in the customer portal

Yes, I would like to see if there is time on a ticket without clicking time entries. Why not show time as a column on the default ticket view?
