Have SNMP OID's and MBP's available for common types of hardware detected via SNMP, like for popular printer models, as well as switches, routers, NAS, and other popular devices where we can have the OID's pre-populated, as opposed to being forced to Google for OID's and typing them in manually.

Bumping as it's been a few months since the last comment. I agree, having S1 here at Atera would be awesome! Used it to great effect for clients to prevent ransomware and other attacks.

We use S1 as well, and having it integrated as an additional layer on top of Webroot/BitDefender/ESET would be awesome, since I'm sure the rest can attest how well S1 works to stop ransomware dead in its tracks.

Yes! Having Pax8 integration would be awesome. That way, we can not only control things like WebRoot, BitDefender, and other things already integrated with Atera, but add other things like SentinelOne, add MS365 accounts, the list goes on.

Add a feature/option where we can set a mandatory minimum amount for something like on-site support. For example, set it to where each ticket gets billed at one hour minimum, then at 15-minute increments thereafter. Quite a few MSP's, and other small shops have a mandatory minimum of an hour per ticket in their contracts, even if it takes them 20 minutes to fix an issue. That way, they can have more standardized billing practices.
