User-defined forms
Making forms user-defined would be very helpful. For example, if I create a New User Onboarding request form, I may only want HR to complete that form. Currently, there’s no way to restrict access so that only HR users can see and use it.

Omit Specific Devices From Patch Dashboard
For servers or computers that are used for specific purpose such as VEEAM or other reason like keeping a computer on older Windows versions for specific reasons, these computers are omitted from patch profiles and are not patched. These computers need to have an option to filter out of the patching dashboard and reports as they affect the reporting inaccurately due to this business practice.

Daily Planner
A daily planner page where Management staff can assign certain tickets and tasks to technicians in a calendar style arrangement. Obviously staff could have access to their own planner too and could use it for their own scheduling also.

Tagging knowledge to tickets
Have the option to tag related existing articles to existing tickets customers have opened.
Allowing managers or leads to tag possible related articles to tickets to expedite troubleshooting or client resolutions.
Might even suggest a step further, where you can suggest an existing article as a built in response within your reply. Essentially, "Hey customer- have your tried #tag existing article here, as a resolve?".1 vote -

Software dashboard where you can see a list of all software on devices that need updating and have the option to update all at once, like you can with the patching dashboard. It would also be great to have an end of life / support section where we can view this info.

What are the steps to download and install the QuickBooks Migration Tool?
To download and install the QuickBooks Migration Tool for moving from the Online platform to QB Desktop, go to your QBO account and sign in. Then, click on the Gear icon and select Export Data. Now, go to the Export Overview section and select Download tool. Lastly, launch the installer file and follow the guide on your screen.

Built-In Virtual Display Adapter/Driver - all remote tool capable
I am finding a need for a built in virtual display adapter/driver with the Atera agent that can be utilized by any remote tool for headless machines or machines with their monitors turned off.
This would be especially helpful in many scenarios and avoid on site support or alterations to enable remote capabilities.

add software inventory report for linux devices
currently, linux agents do not provide any software inventory data. while basic hardware information and health stats are available, there is no visibility into installed packages or applications. this is essential for audits, compliance, and troubleshooting. please add software inventory support for linux devices—similar to what is available for windows and mac.

Atera agent install window
The new agent install wizard window is rather large and when running split windows, even in 1080 resuoution, the "next" and "back" buttons are offscreen. It's just a minor annoyance, but would save a lot of time in the long run if the window was more compact.

Add more intelligence behind the "Security Risk" login block
With Atera integrating more AI, I'd like to see it help determine legitimate tech logins. I use 4 devices to connect to the Atera console (desktop at work, 2 work laptops at home, work cell). While I occasionally need to access Atera via app outside of work/home, 90% of my access is from those 2 places/IPs, and yet I still frequently run into the "Security Risk" block where I need to wait for an email in order to actually log in.

Ability to bulk update fields on asset types
When adding a new Asset Field, you then have to manually go and add the new field to each individual Asset Type one by one. Would be nice to be able to select all necessary Asset Types and do a bulk update to add the new field at one time.

Prevent deletion with group permissions
Add the option to prevent the deletion of an agent for a specific group.
ES: Group A, flag to enable or disable the option to delete an agent from the web interface.Thank you
