  1. It would be good if we can at the device dashboard, select one or multiple devices and execute (RUN Now) a non-applied & unscheduled patch profile

    In other words, to assign a patch profile from the list of non-applied & unscheduled patch profile to run immediately and after that remove that patch from the device.

  5. Notes field for Devices or custom field (text) does not allow for carriage returns for formatting. This only allows for continuous one line text. Example:

    1. Hello
    2. Goodbye
    3. Hello Again

    It shows up like this on the notes field for devices:

    1. Hello 2. Goodbye 3. Hello Again

    This is not a good way to view our notes on the devices screen. We need to be able to format them.

  7. For now, the option "sending a mail to newly added contact" doesn't work with contacts added with a CSV import, which is a big issue if you want to send their IDs to those contacts when their accounts are created.

  8. please provide colour scheme to tickets so they can be easily identified / distinguished based on their priority either by

    1) marking the whole div/row as "red" when it's critical/high
    2) having the priority values displayed with coloured bubles - similarly to status have it

    suggested colour schema: (low) Blue > Green > Yellow > Red (critical)

    note: I know there is a filter for that, but that's an additional step which can be easily eliminated

  10. Suggestions:

    1. Ability to scan multiple subnets from one agent - don't try to be too clever here and lock us down to selecting a monitoring agent that has only been shown to have a matching internal LAN IP address for the subnet we are wanting to audit. We could be auditing an existing network that we have a management netwok on for example, so we know a node on that subnet can see the other subnets no issue, or we could be completely new to a network and want to start polling all of the known subnets from one agent…

  12. We need a feature of API – getting a list of installed applications per agent.

    This would be the same data that we would get from regular reports, but would be visible at the agent level via their REST API.

  14. Support told me that new updates on servers will be searched at the start of the IT automation profile which leads to
    - higher bandwidth usage
    - more time for applying patches
    - reboot time which may is outside of customer's window

    What we need:
    Scan window: set time window for scanning (e.g. on day of patching in the morning/afternoon)
    Patch window: set time window for the execution of the patches
    Reboot window: window for rebooting (last reboot no later than X:YY)

  15. Invoice tickets according to the hour’s work during the month and not just based on the status resolved or closed. Some tickets may take a couple of months to be resolved, but we need to bill our clients per month on the hours already worked.

  17. I would like a solution (API) to be put in place to be able to retrieve all the invoices for my attention with a download link or the document in Base64 form in order to allow software (on Token authorization delegation), automatic recovery of my bills.

    an example exists at OVH cloud.

  19. Make the Splashtop printer installation optional. The Splashtop printer confuses some of my clients and it is not needed on those PCs anyway. Splashtop is a little more reliable to me than AnyDesk but I need to lose those printers.

  20. Please accept the integration of Domotz from those who are already their customers, after acquiring the Atera Platform we discovered that we cannot integrate into our Domotz because we have to acquire a new account, for those who already use Domotz this is bad, we cannot lose all settings.
