Compact Ticket View

When viewing tickets it would be brilliant if we could have a more compact view of the tickets so that we can see more tickets on one screen, similar to Zendesk or Freshdesk. The current ticket view is huge and you can only see around 5-6 tickets on the screen at a time.

    A compact ticket view would be great, please.

    To make the overall ticketing more efficient and helpful. Different views would make this way better so you can see more tickets on the screen instead of scrolling down a whole page to see the next set of 6 tickets. A more compact view to where you can see more tickets such as 10+ tickets on one page before you have to scroll would be much appreciated.

    The first thing my team complained about-- a compact view and more sortable columns are really needed.

    rows are huge, need compact view like the alerts
