Optional patches to be separated from other patches
Ability to separate the "optional patches" from the rest of the patches, so it doesn't show that some devices still need to be patched.
Optional updates are the updates that you don’t do unless there is an issue with the hardware. Atera scans for all missing patches. It is missing the optional updates but will consider it missing patches. For it to be considered as fully patches, it needs to have the optional. What ends up happening is that we fact in fact patches system but for the tech point of view, the tech would think they need to patch…

To assign a technician to give permission to certain folder and not everything. Restriction based on departments and not “sites”

Duplicate or Copy Assets
It would be nice, when adding multiple assets of the same type, to be able to copy them. That would make bulk adding of items such as computers or phones easier.

Scheduling IT Automation Between hh:am and hh:pm Daily/Weekdays
We have a customer with a large mobile workforce using laptops that are online for brief periods in a day. The current IT automation scheduling features requires that we specify hh:mm. The automation runs on schedule but fails to achieve much since most laptops may be offline at the specified time. Instead of creating additional schedules (for e.g. 8am, 9am, 10am, 11am, etc.) it would be good to set a range

Caching Update server (local)
How about having an option for large updates from MS and a caching server (local). Is there a way to cache large updates internally and point to this location?
For example 22H2 is 127.5GB x 100 = 12.75 TB

When granted access, who is logged on
When I get help from support i'm often asked to grant them access. From that time I don't know who is logged on and for how long. I have some sensitive info in my system, i.e. all my customers equipment.
I trust nobody so I would like to be able to see who is logged on to my system at all times!

Integration of customers IT technicians
We are a msp and we manage the IT infrastructure of companies who also have a part time it technician. It would be great if this person could use some features of Atera e.g. remote maintenance, ticket etc.. for a cheaper price.

Need to view individual Recent Process records by ID and URL
Recent processes table records should be accessible from a separate menu item and records related to a specific device should be easily accessible from the device page.
Recent process records should also be accessible via API

Improve New User Import
When setting up Atera with new users, for people not on Office 365, adding new users one at a time automatically e-mails that user with their username/password - when importing a list of new users from a CSV file, the e-mail is not sent. It would be a nice improvement to have it send the e-mail when importing a list.
