  1. Make [Dashboard] tiles customizable, make each tile having interchangeable categories you can combine.
    Example:

    Tile 1:
    [Tickets: Open] + [User Name] + [Connect]

    Tile 2:
    [Tickets: Pending] +
    [User Name] +
    [Comment: Internal/External]-[Send]

    Tile 3:
    [User Name] + [Patch Manage/Software Installation] +
    [Monitor: Memory Usage]

    Tile 4:
    [User Name] + [Ticket #] + [Date Created] + [SLA]

    Make it to where the user can set rows of categories for each tile or columns. That way scaling is dynamic for each screen resolution and size.

  3. To improve security and limit the impact of compromised accounts, it would be highly beneficial to implement a per-client password confirmation mechanism. Technicians could freely view and consult agent data across clients, but any critical action — such as remote console access, file transfers, script execution, or administrative changes — would trigger a password prompt specific to that client. This additional layer of protection would help prevent unauthorized actions in case a technician account is compromised, and ensure sensitive operations are intentionally validated.

  5. It's not smart to set a ticket frequency to a numbered day, because that are changing weekdays.

    A schedule like "first tuesday", "second wednesday" or "last friday" would be much more important

  6. Hello, is it possible to create a report about this or add this information in the API?
    Today I want to check if BitDefender is installed on each agent and when I created a report with Atera, I got the list of computers with Bitdefender and saw that 150 agents are missing, but they don't have any other software. So I need to check which computers don't have BitDefender...
    A report that exports every computer with the main antivirus would be useful or any other way to do it!
    It would be nice to have this information via the API.

  9. Would it be possible to add a "My Tickets" filter or the ability to filter by requester in the user view (for the main contact)?

    Currently, they only have a list that is very difficult to sort/filter properly.

    Similarly, the ability to sort by creation date and other criteria is very limited.

  10. It would be nice to see what custom fields are actively being used by an existing custom form at a glance. For example if you try to delete a custom field I created,, you get a prompt that the field you are trying to delete is being used by a form. If we could see that in the "new field" windows when managing, deleting or creating new fields, we would know immediately. I also like to do clean up as maintenance and delte fields no longer in use.   11. We now have access to Metrics "Last 24 hours", "Last week" and "Last month".

    But now i have customer, says it has issues for the last hour.

    I cannot trace detailed information for the last hour.

    It would be beneficial to see detailed information of the last hour/4 hours. That could give more insight to locate an live issue.

    Additional.
    Information which programs used those resources.

    Sometimes we receive e-mail that indicated high cpu and which programs where using those resources, so Atera has already something that has access to this information, it is only not viewable in the portal.

  12. It would be extremely helpful if Atera offered the opportunity to manually deactivate agents without deleting it completely from the system. There are often devices that are retired or temporarily inactive, but the data of which we still need for documentation or reporting purposes. At the moment, however, we only have the option of leaving them in the system, which means that they are still shown in reports and in patch management-which leads to confusion and unnecessary notifications.

  13. Sorting the result of network discovery by ip adress gives an alphabetic order (1, 10, 11, 12, .. 100, 101, 2, 20 21, 200, 201, ..3) instead of a correct alphanumeric sorting

  14. I have a "Technician Performance Report" for each Technician that i get monthly to review with each technician. The reports all come into my email as "our Atera 'Technician Performance' report is here". But it doesn't tell me what technician the report is for? So I have to click on every single email link "See report" to actually see which technician the report is for? I don't understand that.

  15. Exactly as it says... Allow ticket automation rule to be triggered by ticket activity status (which is an automatically updated field), not just ticket status (which is manual and can be forgotten).

    Use case - if ticket is waiting for customer reply for 24 hours, send reminder email. If ticket is awaiting technician reply for x hours, send email to rep and change priority.

  18. Filtering for devices by Disk Type doesn't seem to be an option - We can sort by size, free space, model, bitlocker status, but not by disk type.

    We still have some spinning rust and are upgrading them as we find them. I would LOVE to filter out the device list by systems that need an upgrade.

  19. I would like to see the internal notes have a place to add time. I work my tickets through internal and external notes. I should be able to add my time right to the notes. Having the time entries with separate notes in a separate section causes me to have to double enter.

    You could then remove the time entry screen. It is not efficient to have to click the ticket, click the time entry, then click on each note to see what it says... but it has to be there to pull to the timesheet.

  20. RMM tools usually have the ability to log off users from a device that may be experiencing issues - this greatly solves a lot of temporary issues avoiding rebooting and interrupting other services that may be running on that endpoint.

    I see the ability to see logged in users but there are no options from there.

    I would expect the basic ability to log off said users that are logged in from any type.

    The Task Manager Feature should have this feature if not the user activity section.
