More prompts before deleting mulitple customers.

offline and failed
I do daily patching on my devices. Since not all devices are always online at the time the report ist generated, it would be nice to see a difference in the generated report between a device, where the installation failed and those, which were just offline.

"actionable" reports, links in reports
we need a way to act on reports. For example, these machines all need to update the software we filtered for: https://i.imgur.com/x7WyXn0.png - so we would need a checkbox in front and a button to apply an automation profile and a shutdown button etc. (the more actions the better).
this may be a big project to implement, so let us at least jump to the machine with a link like this: https://i.imgur.com/7O0BhvX.png

Count of devices on each tab
Would be helpful to have a count of all devices that are on each tab. e.g. All would display the total number of devices, Favorites how many have been starred etc.

Titan HQ
Would like to see a Third-party app integration for Titan HQ. Personally, I like the idea of having these third-party apps in the Atera portal, and I do not find a solution for Spam/Encryption/Archiving without having to go out of the eco system.

Patch & Automation Feedback report. fixes
Patch & Automation Feedback report. The following needs to be fixed:
- the PDF version does not display information regarding the updates that were made unless you hover over the patching task
- The excel version of the report does not contain any information regarding the patches that were installed
- The excel version wrongly states Windows 10 Upgrade task when the device is actually running Windows 11
They would like to receive detailed information on the tasks that were run and their respective outputs, specifically what tasks were run, what was their result, a list of updates that were attempted and a list of updates that were successful.Patch & Automation Feedback report. Due date report and dashboard
In the ticket there is a "due date" field. There seems to be no logic set up behind it. We would like to utilize the Due Date to assign a task/project task (not related to an SLA) so we can track items and set goals for the assignee. Not having a way to notify the assignee a due date is approaching or past due makes it difficult for users to manage their tickets. If the Due date would also display in the dashboard, send a email notification to assignee or be included in a report. This will also help Managers oversee how users are managing deadlines on items.

ability to assign one contact to more than one customer
