It could be usefull for an MSP to have a possibility to schedule automatic cleanups of alerts based on specific filters.
An example:
delete all alerts with severity XY of customer XYZ that are older than x months.This will help to have a smaller list of alerts.

Create a way or option to default the tickets that are manually created to be unassigned so technicians can assign them to themselves from the unassigned queue/bucket.

Close Tickets - No notification
I use Atera for myself and I work for 4 different companies. I will work long hours and I can't close a ticket at midnight because it will trigger several alerts to an employee in the middle of the night. Would love to have the option to close a ticket without sending a notification to the employee.

option to disable bitlocker when rebooting after patching
When rebooting a windows machine after patching check if the machine has a bitlocker encrypted boot drive and disable bitlocker encryption.
Optional (and maybe harder, so maybe don't bother):
Have an option to set -RebootCount (for how many reboots bitlocker should be disabled) or set it to >1 as some updates reboot multiple times and check after reboot if patching is done and re-enable bitlocker.Alternatively:
Have an option to start a script at the beginning of the patch process so we can do is ourselves with Powershell's Suspend-BitLocker cmdlet.2 votes -

During Azure "Import Setup", add "Company Name" to classification options
Long story short: Add "Company Name" to the list of classification options during Azure AD Synchronization Setup
JUSTIFICATION
When trying to use the "Import Setup" step of the Azure AD sync, only "Office" and "Department" are listed as options for identifying which Site to add the users to. In our business case I'm over IT for 6 separate operating entities under one umbrella company (each daughter company has its own set of offices and departments so using either of these fields would get messy fast). A Monthly Service Desk Report Summary
A generic monthly service desk report would be amazing to provide to clients every month which shows the number of tickets received, pending, resolved and outstanding. the SLA for the month, patch report. most popular ticket categories and their next level sub cat. top, say 10, alerts. and maybe a user list (so they can confirm the correct amount) - just a generic of the most popular items to deliver to a client in a monthly service desk meeting - and one we can send to them

Option to switch to multiple accounts in Atera
Sign in to multiple accounts in same browser and switch between them with ease and avoid logging in and out all the time or opening incognito windows to sign in multiple accounts. As we have more than one atera account we are managing this option will really make our lives easier.

Make an option for tickets the default mobile view upon opening
When going into the app, make an option for what opens first. We only need the ticket system and it's a pain for an extra step.

Obfuscate Or Encrypt Scripts [important]
So imo, scripts that are batch or powershell that are ran are stored in the location - C:\Program Files\ATERA Networks\AteraAgent\Packages\AgentPackageSystemTools
Need to be obfuscated or encrypted somehow because they show up in clear text if they are stuck, sometimes these scripts could have a hardcoded password that are needed to work for instance runas etc.... Yeah, I have a script to delete all *.bat and *.ps1 - this is not an answer though.
All it takes is one kid that knows how to work on a vcr to mess things up!

Copy or include Devices with Custom Assets
Since devices are assets too, it would be nice to see them or, at the very least, copy them to the Assets tab so all assets can appear together... and then be able to report on all of it.

View Scheduled Tickets under Customer Ticket Tab
Under Customers -> <customer > -> Tickets tab -> Status pull down box: It would be great to have the option to select Scheduled Tickets to see what scheduled tickets this customer has, as opposed to traversing a long list under Tickets -> Scheduled Tickets
