Activation email
Hello,
I was doing some testing on the portal and I noticed users are not receiving activation emails when imported in bulk. This doesn’t happen when I add them manually.
I already raised this matter with our agent, who suggested we direct our users to the service portal URL and click on ‘Forgot Password’ so that they can add a password to their account.
This is not ideal, and I wanted to ask if it is possible to add this feature to the portal.Thanks.

Improved Time entries display on timesheet report
Time Entries description on the Timesheet report shows all line as one paragraph instead of breaking it down which makes it difficult to read.

The default note type forces all techs to use either internal or external, would be a great feature to allow each tech to choose their own default

Overall improvement of Patch Management
This needs an overhaul and the following additional features would be an improvement.
Scheduled Device Scan for Updates
After updates have completed If a user is logged in prompt to reboot every set period of time until reboot accepted.
After Updates If a user is not logged in attempt to reboot to schedule based on local device time.
Allow local admin credential injection in order to force updates through that require a device to not just be turned on but logged in to work.
Approve or Reject updates and set priority for security and critical updates based on the CVE.
See status of patching without having to run a report on each customer. Under the customer there should be the option to see devices with failed, installed, pending updates etc. and color coded for ease of use.
Updates for 3rd Party applications that have not been installed with chocolaty.
These improvements i think would make a big difference to managing clients day to day without the need for full blown vulnerability scanning.

Send welcome emails to customer after Azure AD Sync
Welcome automation emails only work when contacts are created individually for each customer. Importing customers with CSV or syncing with AD azure doesn't send the welcome email automatically to new contacts.
Welcome emails are the first interaction with new customer employees. This is highly recommended.

Ability to copy folders from one site to another. I am using the same folders across all sites but I have to manually create them at each site.

Splashtop - Ability to See When a Technician is Already Connected to a Session
A marker that shows if a technician, and which, is currently connected to a device's Splashtop session. Currently, the only way to find out is by getting the popup message when trying to connect. Even then, if you have more than 2-3 technicians, you don't see who's on it so you have to message around and wait for responses. This would be a convenient time saver.

Use another agent as proxy or gateway for devices without internet access
Allow monitoring devices that have no internet gateway but which are in the same network than other atera agents with full internet access allowed. We have windows machines competely without default gateway entry. I think they will not be able to launch functions which need internet access but maybe we are able to monitor them by redirecting the monitoring information over an existing agent.

Have the ability to add multiple line items each with a quantity for multiple products. For example, billing M365 licenses, the ability to list each license with a quantity.

Have keyword commands to assign tickets and input values.

Being able to include customer information and a personalized greeting. 2. Inserting the customer's logo. 3. Deciding which information from the feedback to append or display in the report to the customer.

When an ticket is creating from an alert, it not posible to set the Queue of the ticket.

Customer portal work from home link
On the customer portal. If a user has work from home enabled, add a link to the top right by, Tickets, Add Ticket, Knowledge Base for remote control.

Patch Exclusion - Remove the patch from showing in the patch needed view
Please can you look at adding the functionality to remove any patch showing in the agent patch available status if the admin has removed or excluded said patches from availability. This will make the view cleaner as currently the agent machine reflects in the needing patches when actually they are up to date.

Tech and login to a system
I'm struggling with Atera security!
I not only me as Business Owner require that , but other business owners need that option is well, that very important security future.
Since COVID a lot of people continue to operate from home and are required by the policy to sign out and sign back into a Atera.
Not all people do it and not follow it.How I can make I, or MY TECH session end in 8 hours, and if the I or tech login from another different ip has to log in and make 2fa? In Atera session just continue.
Please make the session option end and log and require login with 2FA.
