Consider adding traceability to the custom asset module
Consider adding traceability to the custom asset module it would allow for better tracking of asset movement and history, providing insights into the lifespan of an asset and helping identify any issues. Additionally, traceability can enhance security by ensuring that assets are being used in their intended locations and by authorized personnel, traceability would allow for quicker identification and resolution of the issue.

Create child ticket to subcontractors
We are working with few subcontractors that deliver solution components for customers. We sometimes need to open tickets to them.
Initially we thought to manage with 'forward' but it's not possible to forward a ticket (email) from Atera to a new destination address without copying the customer that opened the ticket. However, this is somehow incorrect as it need to maintain an association to the original ticket.
The solution would be opening a 'child' ticket from the original customer ticket toward a destination, that's the subco. The ticket will be 'company internal' but associated to the customer ticket.
So we could track the workflow and keep the control.

Ticket export to include comments
Currently there is no way to export ticket information to include comments, at least not from the GUI. This country has just implemented new Data Privacy legislations and nearly every client of ours is currently performing audits. Not being able to easily extract this information is creating serious problems.

Copy a Site
It would be nice to copy a site with it's folder structure. Especially if it could maintain Thresholds and IT Automations.

Peripheral detection?
Allow agent to gather and report any peripheral data (SN / Model #) for easy inventory and checking based off one device.

Customer Portal security and features
would really like to have security control over the customer portal. if we can have it so customers are automatically signed out after 10 minutes of inactivity (or a specific time frame set by admin) along with some form of 2FA.
would like to have custom repository for specific clients, so when they access the portal, they see apps, files etc., would like to see it be dependent on their role level to have control over specifics.

Show device description in list
Can we get the device descriptions to show in the device list? We have the device names as their inventory numbers (for example, ISD001001, ISD001002, etc), which tells us nothing about what device it is. However, we do put in descriptions on each Windows device so we know whose it is, phone extension, etc. It would be really help to have the descriptions show in the device list as well so instead of having to guess which one and then click it and be wrong for hundreds of devices, a quick glance would tell us which one is which.

set 32 vs 64 bit behavior on software bundles.
We would benefit from the ability to install 32 bit versions of software onto machines running a 64 bit OS. Currently this can be done machine by machine via script, but this is tedious.

Online and Offline Indicator in Auditor report
When generating a report from Auditor, it does not indicate Online or offline status, I would like to please implement that feature if that is possible. Thank you.

**Remotely Wipe Devices**
Using this application as MSP's, we should have the ability to remotely wipe a mobile device if we find that the device is lost or stolen, an employee is no longer employed and doesn't return the mobile device, but decides to commit corporate espionage or damage the data stored on the device. This would be a great addition to a product that is great and easy to use. Please add this to the next feature release. This would be great.

Customer Satisfaction results in API
It would be great to get Customer Satisfaction results via the API.
The report available in the platform currently lists all results for each ticket but I would really like to get an overall for each customer and all customers.

Dynamically move agents to customers folders
Dynamically assign an agent to a customer folder based on the device host name
