It would be great if we can have reports for All Alerts, regardless of customer we had. Then there are filter for most alerts, filter for criticality, filter for CPU, RAM, HDD, or all of them.

Choose colour of internal notes and replies
I'm finding it at times very difficult to distinguish the difference in colour from Internal Notes and External Replies. Is it possible for the background colours of the response to mimic the button colours ie: yellow for internal, and pink for external for ease of identification? or give us the ability to choose our own colour choices?

Work From Home - Branding on landing page
Work From Home: can you add a feature so that we can brand it with our company logo? It would look more professional when our customers see a branded landing page. Thanks

Schedule Patches and other things for a one-time execution in addition to doing it "now"
You recently released options to schedule a one-time reboot; take that further. Let's get "Schedule..." in addition to "Run" uniformly throughout Atera. I would love to schedule Patch installs for tonight but from the run window - just delay that start. Same for anything and everything that you can do "now" - would love to be able to do it later too.

Default ticket
It would be very helpful to be able to create default tickets.
E.g. 'OneDrive Issue' 'New user/leaver' 'Equipment request' 'Email issue' etc.As of today we can only edit or create new fields, which I don't think is very user-friendly.
Many other service desk platforms have already this basic feature, and I'm sure it would be beneficial for many of us.

Export Customer List
At the top of the Customers page, add an "Export Customer List" and/or "Export Filtered Customer List" button that generates a CSV file with all of the Customer's general details (Name, Contact Email, etc.) This will help customers reconcile their Customer List in Atera with their active Customers to ensure accuracy.

add an abbreviated client name/client ID
Make it possible to add to the "full client name" an abbreviation or a kind of company ID code. We have this in other systems (documentation in IT portal for example) and are quite used to search for "WH" instead of "Westinghouse" etc.

invoice api
Subscription/Invoices:
A list of Apps that we have selected (example Malwarebytes) and then which customers are using the App and which of their computers that are using it.
With this we can invoice our customers directly for their usage, without having to do a report every month and enter the numbers manually.A list with the invoices that we get from you (Invoice ID, Date, Product, Amount), again so we can make a list of which products we use and the quantity:
Example
Item: “Malwarebytes - Mbytes-EndpointProtectionAndResponse-M“ ID: ” ID-1129570” Quantity: “789” Price: “$$$.$$”)
Item: “Atera - SD-ProNP-M“ ID: “ID-937789” Quantity: “26” Price: “$$$.$$”)
Total “$$$$.$$”
InvoiceDate "yyyy/MM/dd”
InvoiceNo “362574-1”It could be that there are more fields that could be interesting for others, but these are the basic that we very much could use.

3rd party patch management automation dynamic grouping
We came to Atera from using PDQ Inventory/PDQ Deploy and were admittedly spoiled rotten with how well that solution worked. This is in the scope of what PDQ refers to as "dynamic collections" - and this is something Atera would benefit hugely from, should they choose to go after this. I tried to keep this brief, and failed miserably - my apologies in advance, and gratitude to anyone that reads to the end ;)
For full context this video does a good job outlining dynamic collections in PDQ: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wVWzNhZHPV4
Here's the scenario:
We have ~50 3rd party software titles that we manage on subsets of computers. In PDQ, to manage 3rd party software we simply created a dynamic collection containing "devices with software 'xyz' installed", which we could then target for automated 3rd party software updates and patches.Take for example our deployment of Visual Studio Code and AutoCAD Inventor. There's maybe 30 users in our company that require VS Code on their computers, and about 40 that require AutoCAD inventor. These are not mutually exclusive lists; there are some users who require both VS Code and AutoCAD Inventor on their computer, and many others that need only one or the other.
We have "overlaps" like this all across our 3rd party software deployments.
I've worked with Atera Support on this and they offered the solution of using folders for 3rd party patch automation - but unfortunately, as an agent can only be a member of one folder at a time, this doesn't help our "overlaps" discussed above.
For the time being we’ve been able to achieve a “good enough/close enough” solution with Atera using the following:
1.) Create 3rd party software bundle and automation profile
2.) Use custom views in the Devices tab to create our “dynamic collections”
3.) Assign Step 1 automation profile to the devices in this viewIt’s Step 3 that gives us the trouble, as the automation profile is assigned to devices in the view, rather than the view itself. When we perform Step 3, it only applies to the devices that were in that view at that specific date/time the automation profile was assigned.
This means that, if we were to repurpose a device and it no longer needed the 3rd party automation profile from step 3, it would still have this automation profile assigned until we remove it manually. Likewise, new devices coming in do not pick up the automation profile either – even though they are dynamically added to the saved view. I think if we had the ability to assign an automated profile to a saved view, rather than the devices in the view at that point in time, that would make Atera even more powerful and beneficial to us.
Thanks for considering!
