Bitdefender needs to have an uninstall password DURING deployment.
Bitdefender needs to have an uninstall password DURING deployment. I spoke with BitDefender and they said to allow local management and then add the password and then change it back to cloud managed. Not having this functionality in the cloud to set per customer is unacceptable.

Multiple email addresses for a single user
Having a single email address for a user account leads to fragmentation of the helpdesk ticketing system. For example, a person working from home may not have access to their work email (associated to a user account in Atera), and may need to create a helpdesk ticket using their personal email. The fragmentation of the ticketing system happens where their user account associated with their work email will not have the tickets that come in with their personal email. The user will also need to manage two accounts in Atera, one for their work email and one for their personal email.

MS Defender Report
I'd like to create a report that shows the results of the last MS Defender scan. I can do it for an individual pc by running Get-MpComputerStatus in Powershell, but it doesn't look very good and I have to do it for each individual pc. Being able to run a report for every monitored pc in each clients office would be nice.

Make a larger selectable area around the check box
A lot of spurious tickets and alerts get created and are intermingled among legitimate tickets and alerts. Selecting all, although easy, is out of the question. While clicking through several tickets and alerts quickly, the check box is easily missed. The check box size itself is fine, but it would be nice if the hot spot around the check box were larger.

Advanced IP Address Info
It would be useful to have a 'more' button next to the current external/internal IP address info for a device. This could show more advanced info, Subnet, Gateway, DHCP server, DNS etc.

Provide a working RMM client for Linux
The following page on the Atera website claims, "You can use AnyDesk on your Windows, Mac OS, or Linux device to connect to all your customer devices."
https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019885839-AnyDesk-remote-access
However, the only available client for Linux is AnyDesk and it doesn't work. I contacted Atera Tech Support about this and was told:
"We would like to bring to your attention that for the time being, our official support for AnyDesk is primarily focused on Windows and MacOS operating systems.", and, "Indeed, the documentation will be also reviewed and updated."

Gathering Metrics Refresh
When making a change on a device, we have to wait for Atera to realise there has been a change. Please give us the option to use a refresh button such as "Get Agent Metrics now" or something similar in order to essentially force Atera to get the most up to date information it can.

Custom Ticket Types
It would be very helpful to have custom ticket Types. This would allow for creating different kinds of tickets and, importantly, applying different ticket automation rules.
Example... "normal" type tickets (problem, incident, etc) can generate emails sent to customers. But a custom Type (Sales) can be configured to NOT generate a notification email, and auto-set Status to a fitting custom status (Sales - Requested, Sales - Ordered, etc).
Currently, I am doing the same thing by using custom Product Family options, but those fields are not available in the mobile app, which we do use regularly.

Scripts
We should be able to lock down certain scripts for Tech's only, keeping Admin scripts out of view. (Add a check-box or something to the Script Create\Edit screen)
It would be nice if we could re-sort the scripts list by Script Name and have a check-box to select several scripts with an option to MOVE them to a different Category

Recent processes
We should be able to lock down recent processes by Tech. Our Techs should only be able to see the recent processes from Running Scripts, to those they have ran themselves. Alternately, Tech's should not be able to see when I have run a script against their computers.

retired devices should be renamed to "infrequent devices"
This terminology needs improving
Retired devices should be renamed to "Infrequent Devices" and in general settings moved to section called reporting rather than agent settings and described as the "Infrequent devices threshold".
Just because a machine has not been switched on recently, does not mean it is retired! - it could be a laptop that is only used twice a year as a standby, but just should be excluded from certain patch compliance reports etc.proper retirement of machines is a whole different feature as per https://atera.uservoice.com/forums/936306-ideas-and-feedback/suggestions/44000010-ability-to-archive-retired-devices
