Mobile app start in tickets screen
For most of my team, it would be really helpful to open the mobile app and go straight to tickets vs alerts. Give us the option to select which screen makes most sense to us.

Patch Management Notifications
Patch Management Profiles should include options to configure a custom message to pop-up for the end users. It would be nice to be able to give users a warning notice letting them know of the updates and reboot. Give the users the ability to postpone the reboot for the number the Admin allows (3 or 5 times) and after the final warning the updates are applied and rebooted.

Add filter for disabled devices
Add a check box for devices that currently have monitoring disabled, there is one for monitored but I want to see a list of devices without monitoring enabled without individually going through them.

Ticket Templates and The Service Portal
Hi Atera team,
After building out the platform for my company, I have come to notice that the service portal does not fully optimize the use ticket template feature.
As it stands now, when a user navigates to the service portal and creates a ticket, ALL custom fields that have the setting "User can Edit" are shown to the user. It will remain this way UNTIL a user selects a ticket template. Only after selecting a ticket template, the custom fields will filter down to what has been specified to be included in the template.

Splashtop connection banner
The Splashtop popup in the lower right hand corner, stating someone is remotely monitoring/working on your PC/Server. Can this have an option to leave it visible for the entire remote session. A few customers have asked me (from a security perspective) about this capability as they deal with sensitive data

Email reports with exported Excel copy
It would be a nice feature to have reports scheduled to be emailed out and attach an exported Excel copy of said report defined by parameters.
For example a timesheet report between the 26th of the previous month to the 25th of the current month exported as and Excel spreadsheet and then emailed to desired recipient.

formatting code
Having the ability to paste code into a ticket reply or internal note would be immensely helpful. It would be nice to be able to paste code into my ticket notes and easily copy it for future use.
Could be implemented similarly to how Discord or Slack by surrounding the text with backticks

password field
I use alot scripts in atera, and have done the following script to retreive the LAPS password.

Battery Health Report
Hello, it would be good if we could run a report to collect the battery health of all devices for all customers.... or at least set an Alert or Warning up if a battery falls below a certain percentage

On the password manager tab for devices. Add option to edit already saved details, instead of needing to delete and re-add

Reply box shouldn't be at the top of the ticket view
When I go into a ticket, I want to see what the last thing said on it was. I don't always want/need to reply. In the new view, with the reply box at the top, I have to scroll down to see the latest comment and then, scroll back up if I want to reply. Not easier than having the reply box below the most recent comment as it was.

Using the Rank Field
When Creating a customer, make the Rank editable. (IE: Platinum, anything else MSP use)
Also allow to add a rank for existing customers.

gibt es eine Möglichkeit den Schwellenwert der Verfügbarkeitsüberwachung anzupassen? Sprich den Wert zum Beispiel auf 10 Minuten oder mehr zu erhöhen?

Invoice Formatting and features
Hi,
Suggesting some additional features such as..
- Reorder line items
- Group items such Product, Labor etc.
- A space for details or a note
- Export to excel
- Option not to print or display tax & rate per line item
